The size of the room, the cleanliness, the terrace, the staff was very friendly. The grounds and restaurant was absolutely beautiful and the food was very good! Also an excellent location, very close to town. Definitely walking distance to town other than the hill to get back.

Beautiful place on a hazelnut plantation! Excellent parking and super clean. Stefano was a wonderfu host. Breakfast was delicious. I can't think of how it could be any better. A FIVE star experience. And the little town just up the road has excelent restaurants. This turned out to be a great place to relax and recharge on our journey between Rome and our destination (Perugia/Umbria).

The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable for the 4 of us (2 couples). Very convenient with 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities, dish washer, a lovely table on the terrace (a little chilly this time, but hopefully on another trip!)
