It was easy to reach Venice by a 20 minute train ride. The pizza restaurant recommended by Luca was fantastic, much better than any restaurant we tried in Venice. The flat was very nice and clean, we did not miss anything. The beds were really comfortable, and it was nice to have an aircon. Luca sent a lot of useful information in advance. It was great to retire to this flat aftet crowded Venice. We had a glimpse of local life in Spinea.Melinda BaloghHungary

She even gave us a lift to and from the train station every day! (otherwise a 20-25 minutes walk from the house) Spinea is a quiet and cozy town, albeit outside Venice metropolitan area. Really comfortable, immaculately presented rooms and bathrooms and a lovely buffet breakfast.
