Overall, it was a very nice apartment. Everything was new, very clean and quiet and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We had a pleasant stay at this place. Only a few minutes by driving to the Spinea train station - easy access to Venice.

I really liked the location. It is a quiet neighbourhood with all amenities around the corner. It was easy to reach Venice by a 20 minute train ride. The pizza restaurant recommended by Luca was fantastic, much better than any restaurant we tried in Venice. The flat was very nice and clean, we did not miss anything. The beds were really comfortable, and it was nice to have an aircon. Luca sent a lot of useful information in advance. It was great to retire to this flat aftet crowded Venice. We had a glimpse of local life in Spinea.

Beautiful apartment in Spinea, close to Venezia. The apartment we stayed was located on the first floor, had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining-kitchen and a huge balcony. It looked exactly as in the photos and was well cleaned when we arrived. Self check-in and check-out were available, wifi was working well. The building had private parking. Communication with the host was great! We recommend it and hope to come back again!

Very spacious and excellent equipped apartment. It is located only 15-20 minutes from Venice. Spinea is wonderful for itself. Shops, cafetirias and restaurants are on walking distance. Gabriela is wonderful host and helped us with everything. I strongly recommend the place.
