Ana Mae and Antonia at the front desk helped me with issues before the trip. The two gentleman who worked the desk while I was there were equally helpful and responsive. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Even the driver that the hotel arranged was exceptional. That alone is a reason to stay here. But in addition, the location is perfect. Close to everything and in the middle of the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the terrace where it was served was lovely. The room was very comfortable. We had a superior triple for two people and we had lots of room between our beds plus two chairs and two desk areas. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Great support from the owner who was always very responsive and committed to assist with our concerns and needs.
One of the rooms faces the street and the noise was intense at night. So he helped us moving to a quieter room and we had a great stay!

Reggio di Calabria is a beautiful and elegant city, largely dating from after the 1908 earthquake. Many buildings are in the elegant Liberty style.
The Lungomare along the Straits of Messina is a great walk with views of Sicily and Etna. It has huge magnolias and pretty buildings. You can watch the sun set over Sicily.
Via Garibaldi is a lively pedestrian street with many shops and cafes.
The Aragonese Castle is definitely worth a visit.
The Archaeology Museum is a must see with Ancient Greek art and the famous Riace Bronzes.
It is a quick, 30 minute train ride to fascinating Scilla.

There was a lot of garbage in the streets.
There was a lot of garbage in the streets. Looks like it’s not collected very often which is a pity. Most pavements need to be redone as there are a lot of cracks and potholes. The main shopping area is very clean and well kept though. Trains are very punctual. Only had one delay but it wasn’t their fault as their was a fire somewhere. And only one hour delay so the train after that was on schedule.
One other thing, the evening train going to Lamezia terme on a Saturday evening was full of youngsters and the boys were extremely rowdy and noisy to the extent of making me feel uncomfortable even though I wasn’t traveling alone.

This excellent B&B is run by a friendly and helpful couple. My train was three hours late and I arrived at 11pm but they patiently waited for me until then. They serve a good breakfast too. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed--even a comb and slippers were provided. The price and location are also good--the building is a 600 meter walk away from the Lido train station and also near the archeological museum. An excellent place to stay in Reggio di Calabria.
location was excellent. Easy street parking just outside the apartment door. And it was just a short walk to the Archaeological museum in Reggio di Calabria. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had access to the kitchen and the outside terrace where we were able to do much needed laundry. The hose Sylvia was very helpful and gave great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. Too bad we only needed to stay the one night.
The fabulous personal touch of the owner Guiseppe. He showed us around the area and also introduce us to his beautiful wife OttaviaHe even took time from his schedule to drive us to town instead of us taking the bus or train
Also, thank you Pablo for taking us to the train station.
We will remember their hospitality and gracious ess from the bottom of pur heart.
Wish I had taken photos of the room and the beach behind the hotel
We arrived earlier than expected but the staff was already at the hotel. The manager was more than friendly, handsome, punctual and gave all the necessary information. In one word professional.
The room was designed by someone who gave the room a touch of staying at home. The access to the hotel, and room was with a electronic key, very clever and smart. I liked it. In one word: an experience to remember
The manager is very helpful, friendly and dedicated. The hospitality and guest focus is absolutely top-notch!
Its newly refurbished, very clean and comfortable. The towels are amazing!
Very comfortable bed. Rooms are not very big but comfortable.
We had a car and there was a plenty of parking space around the block but you can also reserve in advance within the hotel as they have a space available outside.
The apartment was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Great location and good breakfast in a nearby cafe. the owner was very friendly and sent us recommendations for restaurants and places to see in Reggio di Calabria. There are a lot of parking places on the street (1 euro per hour), but the owner also gave us information where you can find free places.
Very pleasant hotel in the city center. Just a few minutes walk from the Duomo and from the famous „Falcomata“ the lungomare of Reggio Calabria. Giuseppe is a great host, very friendly and supportive with local tips and suggestions. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable.
If you are in Reggio Calabria, stop here for a super friendly and really good quality for money stay!
The location for getting to the airport was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and had great air con. The staff was very helpful and flexible when we got there an hour before we said we would, they were able to get us checked into our rooms within ten minutes. The pizza place up the street they suggested was also delicious.
convenient location for rail travellers, our contemporary style room in this well run hotel was clean and had a very comfortable bed, good shower and wifi. we were particularly grateful to the helpful receptionist who found us a room for an early check in, as we arrived wet from the pouring rain.
I stayed in this hotel, only for one night, and particularly appreciated the receptionist, who went out of her way to help me with everything: a truly professional and kind person. It's a very simple yet decent place. I also liked the breakfast and the view from the breakfast room.
Ultra-convenient location. Amical and helpful staff. Quiet, cool room. Reliable wifi. Appealing breakfast choices. Decent parking for my bicycle. -- I've been touring the south of Italy for a while now and this was by far the best B&B I've stayed at. Not at all expensive either.
Very handy to passenger ferry terminal to Messina. Amazing breakfast at reasonable cost. Dinner was good also in hotel restaurant. Room had all I needed for one night. Would have been happy to stay longer but short on time. Staff were very helpful.
