The property was excellent! It was so peaceful, the resto was delicious and everyone who worked at Borgo Canonica was professional, helpful and so nice.

It was very secluded and quiet in such great place. The pool area was perfect and the Trullos were do cozy and amazing. The staff did not speak much english but was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The external side of the trullo is such nice to take pictures. It was very clean and the lady was waiting for our late arrival (22.40) Very good parking space close and easy to carry your luggage inside.

We'd like to come back with more time to spend on the property. We had a wonderful tour with the owner learning how the olive oil presses worked. There is a 2100 year old olive tree and the youngest ones are 600 years old. It's a simple place with lots of charming details.

Among the olive trees of the Apulian countryside, Trullo Sovrano is 0.6 mi from Cisternino. It offers air-conditioned accommodations, an outdoor pool, and free parking.

The property is serene and beautiful set amongst a countryside landscape. The host, Michele provided detailed recommendations for local visits and was most helpful in every matter. The breakfasts were not only excellent but served in a garden of tranquility. (An indoor dining area was also available.). Michele also offers a dining experience for an additional charge where he prepares an outstanding presentation of regional foods as well as foods grown on the property. Michele is the perfect host, so friendly and with a splendid personality easy to engage with. Lastly, by automobile so many beautiful towns and sites can be visited in a matter of minutes so the location is perfect. The nearest town of Cisternino (less than 5 minutes away from the city center) was one of our favorite sites to visit during our stay.

The good: This place is great and very spacious. It has everything you could ever need. Nicola was very nice and welcoming and invited us to have coffee and breakfast a few times (which I don't think was included so it was a nice surprise). All in all, I would definitely stay here again.
