The hotel and the service from the staff were excellent in every way. The unexpected bonus was that over and above the excellent breakfast it provides for its guests every morning, they also prepare an excellent lunch if you so desire. It's not included in the rate, but I will tell you that in the two weeks we spent in Italy, our lunch at Hotel Blu di Te was the best meal we had. We enjoyed an outstanding sea bream prepared as beautifully as in the most esteemed restaurant.

When we arrived we were greeted by a dog bed, bowl and biscuits in our room when was a lovely addition for our dog. The room was clean and very comfortable with tasteful decoration. The staff extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast delicious. We didn't have time to try the pool but it looked very inviting. There was even an electric car charger in the car park so overall a brilliant stay.
Great location as just a few minutes from the port but If you struggle walking it is quite steep but there is car access. The port is very picturesque with many good restaurants, views are stunning. Portofino is an hours walk for those that like hiking but is also served by a bus and ferry.

This city is a must visit.
This city is a must visit. The city itself has plenty to offer, from shops to an array of great seafood restaurants. Awesome waterfront and the perfect connection, in whichever way suits you, on foot, by bus or ferry, to Portofino...and we did try all three.

I would have rather stayed in Santa Margarita than in Cinque Terra. CT was nice but SM was larger, the feel was more holiday Mediterranean style, more restaurants, shops... a great base to stay and then take the train or ferries down to CT

During the stay we had an experience of true italian life - everything was just as we dreamed about. Wonderful views from the balkonies, everything you need just in a few steps distance. Bars, restaurants, grosery stores, promenade, beaches, train station - very close. Santa Margherita Ligure - the city you saw in italian movies, small, cosy, not very busy with tourists. Portofino - 5 km walking with spectacular views. Want to get some exercises - go hiking just stright from the apartmens.
Location, service, breakfast, I was upgraded to a beautiful junior room with terrace. That had an amazing view. The second night, I had heavy rain. When transferred to my other room, I was disappointed by the amount of chairs blocking my way in the balcony, also this hotel can probably help their guest a little more on how to get to their rooms since there are more than one elevator from one side to the other. Overall I’m thankful.
One of the best hotel experience in Italy and I have traveled a lot in that country! Kind, nice and helpful stuff everywhere. Great location - amazing vievs and private terrace from the room. Beach club and swimming pool with vievs to the city and see (we could use it even after check out). It's walking distance to the train station and city center (and to the boat to Portofino as well). Breakfast was perfect and diversed.
This is THE BEST place we have stayed in Italy during our trip (and it was 10 different places). All the small details and decor elements makes it feel really cozy. The host Jessica is SUPER nice and provided us everything we needed. The small terace on the top of the roof is something special. You just want to spend all late nigth there. Super private super cozy.
Really classy hotel, breakfast is really good, wounderful enviroment and beautiful view over Santa Margherita Ligure, good service at the beach and pool area, there is always space, so thankful that there is no people hunting chairs early in the morning 👌, a couple of minutes walk to city center. Very Clean and elegant, free parking, Nice staff overall.
Best breakfast in a hotel in Italy I have ever had.... in a beautiful, quiet garden with blooming flowers. Very warm welcome, staff always helpful and nice. Best sea view from the rooftop. Super location - short walk to the beach/ sea, restaurants, beautiful walk to Portofino and in a very quiet streets - away from the tourist masses etc.
The rooms are a bit ancient but the charme of Italy as it should be is all over- excellent service, excellent food. The staff is just the best you can find and the athomesphere at the "spiaga" -> super charming. Nr. 51 and Nr. 52 are the best rooms.
Beautiful hotel right on the sea. Comfortable rooms with high ceilings and clean sheets. Breakfast was delicious, and the view spectacular. Very easy to reach via train, and within walking distance of all there is to do. Great value.
very friendly staff and charming location. we had an emergency during our stay and the staff helped in every way possible and made sure we were taking care of. the breakfast was great (best we had in Italy yet)
The location is clean, modern, super comfortable and has everything you might needed.

The rooftop pool made our stay. Best views over Santa Margherita. We loved it. The staff was kind, the breakfast was amazing. Good shower, which is so important!
