Paciano is a gem of a small village and this hotel was above average. We travel a lot throughout Italy and usually the staff far exceed the accommodations so you might overlook the shortcomings. This hotel is the complete package. We stayed for a week and traveled around the area. Claudio and his staff were welcoming, helpful, down to earth, and the hotel room was great. Spacious with a great view of the valley below us. Highly recommended.

This place is just stunning with amazing landscapes surrounding it. Beautiful sunset, olive trees, pool view.
Rebbeca and Roberto were most amazing couple we met who made our stay wonderful right from the beginning with their warm and welcoming nature.
Breakfast, dinner and deserts were delicious and Rebecca put so much love and effort in treating us. Our room was everyday cleaned and well taken care off in our absence and we highly appreciate because not every place offers such hospitality.
Also, not to forget Roberto is indeed outstandingly funny personality and youll definitely enjoy his company and ofcourse help whenever necessary.

The location is great and extremely easy to find (it's on the mail street); though the village was still brimming with tourists, we never had any problem parking our car. The owner is very friendly, always smiling and ready to help if necessary.

Paciano is a delightful and quiet hamlet with a couple of restaurants and wine bar. It’s within easy reach of the highways to Perugia and Cortona, both 40 minutes or Sienna about 1hr. The roads are good and easy for cycling, little traffic and interesting trails amongst groves and fields of sunflowers. Vineyards too but not so much information readily available to comment

Everything was good, nice, clean, beautiful. We were lucky and got the biggest room (Nr. 5, Sipario) with a super nice view to green and old houses. Breakfast not only sweet, as we know from Italy - everyday we got a bit of fruits, ham, cheese, bread, honey, cake... :) all homemade or from farmers from the region.
This is the perfect place to relax in the heart of a spectacular area between Tuscany and Umbria. The hotel is in an historical building that has been renovated with a theatre theme. The hosts are always available and very keen to help.
The courtyard garden is beautiful both for breakfast and aperitivo time.
We came late evening and we were welcome very nice...and received all the information on the place and the unique history of the hotel.
We received all what ww asked for breakfast even prepared especially for my wife items without milk...
The rooms are new and have all needed features.
As well as a beautiful little hotel in a picturesque village of Paciano, Claudio the Manager is an exceptional host who constantly made us very welcome and comfortable. The room was lovely and comfortable. Our stay was a highlight of our entire 5 week trip around Europe.
It was amazing! Really nice host, very welcoming, really beautifull location, in a really beautiful part of italy.
Very quiet, excellent sleep and really nice breakfast, made with their own product!
Must stay if you want to vistist the zone! Or if you just pass by!
The house is a gem and so is Alice, the host. Situated amidst beautiful olive groves, this old but comfortable house is a perfect base for exploring Umbria. Have stayed in the region a few times before, never had better accomodation.
Great place to relax - by the pool -, do some biking, and visit the places in the area (lago Trasimeno, Città della Pieve). Rebecca and Riccardo make you feel at home, and you must try their food (all Umbrian and/or own produce)
Cute small hotel in middle of a medieval village, with a quirky 'theatre' theme. Lovely staff who could not do enough for us. Breakfast was amazing and specially made for us. Drinks in the small garden were also lovely.
