The room was spacious and had a very large balcony with a great view. The price was very reasonable given the quality of the room and facilities, and the breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. We especially liked the restaurant and bar staff -- especially the friendly young woman who was always patient with my mediocre Italian language skills, and the kind man who made coffee every morning.

The Hotel is beautiful! and the view from our room superb, looking across at the town and basilicas: I took pictures at sunset and sunrise.
