I only stayed one night, but the experience was exceptional and I felt very welcome by Helena herself, who was very friendly and helpful. I really felt like a royal, residing in a palazzo! A lot of attention is also paid to details, even the toilet paper has a royal perfume! The family's restaurant downstairs (on the other site of the building), called Mammé, is highly recommended as well. It's the best restaurant I've ever experienced in Umbria, sublime!!!

Nice newly renovated apartment. Within a quick drive to many sites but still in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was super friendly and communicative. We could walk to a grocery store and a butcher was across the street. Plates, glasses, silverware and cooking pots and pans were available.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel advertisements give a false impression. The hotel is dated and needs a facelift. There were a few funny things, eg ‘the bar is open 24/7’ but no bartender until you ask. It was a bit expensive for what it was. But we had fun
