We liked the pool, the view, and the authentic style. All of the staff was very nice but the owner was kind of rude.

Vico Equense is a small but lively town, very easily walkable, and with great connections to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento and more by train or taxi. We especially liked that it was not as crowded as other towns near the Amalfi Coast, yet has many opportunities to walk and see the surrounding area. We stayed at the Cubo Apartments, near the town center and loved it. We found some delightful walking paths, both down to the beach area and into the olive groves on the outskirts of town, as well as being able to walk the streets. We visited a number of restaurants, including La Salumaria, a great place for local beer, excellent appetizers and full meals, just off the town square. Gabrielle's is a popular walk-in place for sweets, sandwiches and gelatos, with excellent variety and service - a local favorite! A hidden jewel is the Museum of Minerology, also near the town center and with easy access. We spent several fascinating hours there, and were treated like special guests! We would go back to Vico Equense in a heartbeat!

Vico Equense is a charming town reaching from the coast up into the hills. It has plenty of restaurants ( a pizza restaurant which serves metre long pizzas )and stores and the best gelato place! The train will take you anywhere or take a bus but for sure wander the quaint streets and alleyways. Easy to fall in love with Vico.

Vico Equense is a charming little town with not too many tourists - at least not when we were there in April. The people were generally friendly and could speak english. It is a short 10 minute train trip from Vico Equense to Sorrento and about half an hour to Pompei.

Vico Equense is a small quiet town that is full of friendly and kind locals. Me and my family were so pleased that we picked Vico Equense over Sorrento for our stay. You will like Vico Equense if you like having a morning run up to the hill or down to the beach. We were so lucky that we could join the triennial Good Friday Procession at Vico Equense, it was just an amazing experience. If you like gelato (who doesn't!?), do try the brioche con gelato at Gelateria Gabrielle, it is so nice and you can choose two flavours! For restaurants, we love eating at Ristorante al buco; we went there twice during our one-week stay! Vico Equense is just a beautiful place, it doesn't take you long to get to the busy Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples Central. So yes, for us, just perfect!

Fab port, hire a boat to take you around the coast of Sorrento and Almalfi or take a ferry. It’s a great place and a lot quieter than Sorrento etc.

Vico Equense was the perfect launch point to see other places on the Amalfi Coast. The city itself is small, but has numerous restaurants, a beautiful beach and a lovely viewpoint and likely other attractions that I did not encounter. I chose this destination as I sought an affordable apartment with a kitchen for our stay. I love eating out while traveling, but I also greatly enjoy the food markets and being able to purchase local food and wine and enjoying it with a view - especially at the end of long day of sightseeing. Vico Equense is definitely a walking city. It is also incredibly easy to catch the train and/or bus to get to other sites. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a fabulous holiday in Eden Bleu. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Our daughter was sick during our stay and they went out of their way organising a taxi for us to get to hospital. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel is a minute walk to the beach. There are lots of nice restaurants a few minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful organising tours for us. The pool is small but it was quiet and perfect for us. Vico Equense is a great base for exploring the area . Over all excellent value for money.
We enjoyed our stay at Casa MareLuna. Anita, our host, was super nice and so kind. She accommodated our breakfast 1 hour earlier because of our boat tour to Capri. She made us a nice cup of cappuccino and fresh orange juice. The beds were comfortable, and we had a nice view from our balcony. They have free gated parking. The road was a bit challenging since it was so narrow, like many roads in Italy. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you, Anita!! We loved meeting you!! She made nice restaurant recommendations, too!
So much to love about this property. Family run Villa with breathtaking views. The family is so welcoming and made my family feel at home and relaxed right from the start. The family run restaurant on site with delicious meals was definitely the best place to enjoy a home cooked meal. My family agrees this was definitely one of our favorite stops during our 3 weeks of traveling around southern Italy. Eduardo, Maria and their staff are all wonderful people who made our short stay a memorable one.
The wellness pool area was exceptional. Great to spend the whole day and relax. What we weren’t told was that we had to book a day prior if we wanted to go there.
Breakfast was amazing, huge selection and the rooftop location look out to Mount Vesuvius was to die for. Even on our last day they had organised a earlier 7.30am breakfast at a nearby hotel, overlooking the sea so we could catch the 8.15 shuttle bus to train station. Both amazing locations for breakfast
The views from the room were amazing and it had a great terrace to enjoy the views and some wine. We woke up to views of Vesuvius and Vico Equense every morning. It was extremely close to great dinner options. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The walk to the train station is about 5 minutes uphill from the station, downhill to it. Short train ride to Sorrento, 30ish minutes to Pompeii, ~1 hour plus to Herculaneum.
Marianna is such a caring and lovely person! loved the terrace and views, location is spot on, We hired a car so no problem, parking is secure or on street.
Vico Equense had all the shops you needed, two beaches near by spot on too
House decor was amazing well equipped kitchen, fresh and very clean place. We absolutely loved it!
Thank you Marianna xxx ciao!
All the vacations was perfect, the service on the hotel was perfect, all of them was very nice and available for every question we had. The location was perfect and there is a bus station near the hotel. Also there is a very good pizza next to the hotel and 2 min walk from a supermarket!
Also the breakfast was perfect!
Very recommend about this place!
This was such a wonderful experience, I truly cannot put into words. The house, gardens and view are so lovely, making it an overall superb location. My husband and I could not stop looking around thinking how lucky we were to be there! We stayed for 4 days and explored Vico Equense a bunch, but would definitely come back.
Good breakfast, amazing view from the tarrace. Very nice location, close to the city center with all the restaurants and bars. Amazing beach near, and private tarrace for sunbathing and jumping to the sea. the hotel organize transport (only 5 min) to the beach. Friendly stuff. Great food everywhere he've been to.
The breakfast was one of the best touring our 16 day trip around Italy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff at the reception was really amazing. Parking/garage is just around the corner (just 10 eur per day). This hotel is a perfect base to explore the Amalfi coast or Pompeii and Vesuvio.
very good location, close to one of the best beaches around. close to the station so easy way to Sorrento and castellammare. very kind and polite staff. the breakfast is perfect Italian. great coffee but it’s normal in Italy 😀
Very good spot to travel to south coast of Italy. The place was clean and well organised with much needed amenities when you are travelling with kids. Owner was helpful and communicative.
A nice hotel with a good location and a very beautiful view. Breakfast is OK and as expected. During the evening you can have a good and nice view. There is a free parking and WI-FI
Beautiful, authentic Italian apartment with a nice view in a lovely location. Was a good spot to stay while visiting southern Italy. The hostess was very nice and helpful.
Wonderful hotel with friendly staff, helpful with all your travel needs. The location is a 10 minute walk from the train. The food and the views are spectacular.
