The Relais Blu is small luxury Hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant located in a green luxurious Mediterranean shrub garden. This was the second time I stayed at Relais Blu. It was 6 years ago when I first visited the hotel. The reason I stayed here again is, it offers a very relaxing place after the hectic travel to Amalfi and Sorrento . The location of the hotel is just near Sorrento. The open area for drinks offers beautiful views of Capri, Ischia and Naples. You can enjoy beautiful sunset views during the evening drinks and dinner at the open area. This time, there is a bonus that the new swimming pool was constructed 3 years ago. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the swimming pool. Further, the rooms are now refurbished and our junior suite room is just so wonderful and comfortable and spacious. The food in the restaurant is as super as before. The staff, facilities and location are all the best. It is a good place for you to relax a day or two in between travel along the Amalfi coast. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back.
The panorama of Nerano Bay is so beautiful you'll never want to leave the terrace of your comfortable room. Welcome to Lo Scoglio, a modern hotel near Sorrento. The location and views were amazing. The room was relatively small and basic but the huge balcony and incredible seaside view made up for it. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Wi-Fi worked well
Set on the seaside in a nature reserve, Punta Campanella Resort & Spa is in Massa Lubrense, along the Amalfi coast. It offers elegant rooms, a spa, and free WiFi. Amazing location to the best beach in Nerano. Full of nice cozy restaurants, lovely sunsets and sunrises. Clean hotel, great staff and the biggest terrace we have ever had! Highly recommended!
Hotel Vista di Capri is set in Massa Lubrense and offer views of Capri Island from its panoramic position amid olive groves. All rooms feature decorated tiled floors and pastel-colored furniture. The views from the roof top were amazing and the way they took you to and from the resort whenever you wanted was also a great thing. Overall it was a great experience with clean rooms and decent breakfast.
The Bellavista Francischiello offers unique, panoramic views of the Bay of Naples and Capri. In the countryside between Massa Lubrense and Sorrento, it features a rooftop pool. The restaurant of the hotel was excellent, very good food. A great views. I recommended this place to everyone. A bus stop is very convenient to go to Sorrento Center.
Offering beautiful views across the Gulf of Naples, Hotel Baia Di Puolo is set on its private beach on the Sorrento Peninsula. It also features a free car park, restaurant and bar. Very nice team, the hotel was super clean and the room is very well furnished. The beach is by the way better than in Positano or in Capri so I would recommend for everyone. The restaurant of the hotel is also good, but the restaurant Antico Franchischiello just on the top of the road up to the hotel has an exhausting view. The Regina Giovanna beach is 20 minutes walking from the hotel.

Offering beautiful views of Capri island and the Gulf of Naples from its hilltop position, the 4-star Hotel Delfino offers a free shuttle to Sorrento. Its outdoor pool overlooks the sea. This hotel is THE gateway to the Amalfi coast.
Set on the coast of Massa Lubrense, Locanda Del Capitano offers a seafront restaurant and views of the Marina del Cantone bay. Parking is available here. Excellent views in a quiet village. Staff was excellent and caring.

This elegant Victorian-style villa is set on a hill and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. Carmen and Mariana were absolutely helpful and nice

Located in the heart of Massa Lubrense, 4.3 mi away from Sorrento, Hotel La Primavera is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. Great location close to beach and Sorrento by car. Clean with great service. View is great.
In a small 15th-century monastery, Hotel La Certosa offers a family-run atmosphere, an excellent restaurant and sea views from its beachfront location facing the bay of Marina del Cantone. Loved everything about the hotel...especially room 45 with the terrace... Jacob and David...

We were surprised by how amazing Massa Lubrense was. It is beautiful with views of hills of lemon trees and olive groves in addition to the sea. You can easily drive to the small villages, to Sorrento and Positano. You can also take small ferries to Capri, Positano, and Amalfi. There are great restaurants, including several Michelin-star restaurants. We didn't want to leave and I know I will go back.
From the moment we met Augusto at the villa we were amazed at the size and layout of the place. The photos don't do his villa justice. It is spacious and well laid out with all the comforts of home. The views of the countryside and the bay of Naples with Vesuvius as its backdrop are inspiring. Breakfast on the master bedroom balcony was a favorite watching the boats come and go from Marina della Lobra and the ferries and cruises going from Capri to Sorrento. The fridge was stocked with the basics and a bottle of wine upon arrival as Augusto gave us the tour of the villa and made recommendations on where to eat and drink. He also organised a transport service for us between the villa and Sorrento to catch our tours of Pompeii and Vesuvius. The fantastic pool at the villa was immaculate and cleaned every two days and Augusto was always at the end of the phone if needed. We will most certainly be back to Augusto and the beautiful place he calls home. James and Laura
Small town away from Sorrento. It was nice to be outside of the bigger town, especially when your hotel has everything you need. The only thing that we didn't like was not having a store close by to grab snacks, or other little items.
Enjoy the Marina del Cantone beach before 9am and after 5pm...for a perfectly chilled family and local vibe. Enjoy Il Cantuccio restaurant for lunch and dont miss the antipasti della casa at Sireneuse. Hike to the lighthouse, watchtowers or the church at the highest point before the sun gets too high. Enjoy a meal on the terrace at Relais Blu Take a ferry to Capri or Positano from Marina del Cantone with their capable and amusing team.
This is a quiet little town outside Sorrento, It is beautiful and peaceful, however if you are looking for resteraunts and shops you have to go into Sorrento. If you want some r and r this may be the place for you. Orange trees, lemon trees and olive trees grow everywhere.
Beautiful at Marina Lobro ( the local harbour). All the charm of a Cornish fishing village but with italian sun and food. Local restaurants and bar are really friendly, serving good food at a reasonable price. Local boat skippers offer the opportunity for a trip to Capri or the Amalfi coast - thoroughly recommend these trips
Spotlessly clean with fantastic views of Capri. Mario was very friendly and readily helpful with all enquiries. Would recommend a car as a few kilometres out of Sorrento and I didn’t notice many buses or bus stops. Massa Lubrense and the small port are delightful and have a rustic charm which is refreshing change to most of the towns and villages along the Amalfi coast and Sorrento itself. Would definitely stay again. All in all a lovely villa with panoramic views from the bedrooms and the terraces with efficient and lovely hosts.
This is a beautiful resort with stunning views. Great place to relax next to the pool The room we had booked was small compared to other accommodation in Italy, they however have other options. These were however expensive when compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Staff are very helpful and speak good English. They assisted us with a great tour option of Amalfi. If you plan to stay close to Sorrento, this is too far out with few restaurants in the area. The roads are small and not safe to drive at night.
The place is simple but comfortable, fully equipped to cook, and the only recommendation would be to provide another air conditioned to the upstairs bedroom. the host don’t speak English but is very friendly and we understood ourselves just fine. The place is near supermarkets and a little downtown, is near to go to sorrento and positano, but if you are thinking about doing the amalfi coast by bus is better to stay in the hearth of sorrento, since the buses arrive pretty crowded in massa Lubrense.
Very nice and friendly hosts, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is especiall for italian standards really good. There is a supermarket in the vincinity and a fantastic pizzeria (on Saturday nights the lokals from all the surrounding villages come by to eat there!) A place to see authentic Italy, off the touristic paths of the Amalfi coast. We stopped here only for one night on our way from Sorrento to the Amalfi coast and did some very nice hikes. Would definately come back here!
The views from this hotel are unrivalled. Situated around 30 mins away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento centre, this high up, hidden in the mountains hotel offers spectacular scenery, a peaceful atmosphere and luxurious comfort. Staff can’t do enough for you and the food is local and delicious. We enjoyed a live pianist every evening, whilst taking in the most breathtaking sunsets. The infinity pool is drenched in sunlight until late evening, providing another perfect sunset viewing spot.
Simply amazing - we had a beautiful 3n stay and is one of our fondest memories of Italy. The location was lovely, just outside the hustle of Sorrento, and then we came to Casa Clementina..... what a beautiful gem of a place, a family-run accomodation, thank you Luigi, Clementina and your lovely Mum for going above and beyond as hosts to make sure guests had an amazing Massa Lubrense experience. Highly recommend and will be back when next in Italy.
The property is located down a hill and, at first, it seems it would be an issue to get to Sorrento town area, but Marco was very accommodating and gave us a lift into town at no charge. The property is right on a very nice beach with restaurants and cafes very close. There was a lot of activity by locals which was appealing.
Every thing was great games and toys were left to for the kids to play with..it was clean and very comfortable and the owner was super helpful. This little villa was a great base to visit the whole of south coast of italy as it was a short walk to bus stops and local village .
The location was very central to getting to other places like the beach and Sorrento city. Also the staff was very very accommodating and welcoming. We would recommend this place to anyone!
This lovely family run small hotel is right on an easy to access beachfront just north of the Amalfi. There were many more locals than tourists in Nerano and lots of dining options.
The restaurant of the hotel was excellent, very good food. A great views. I recommended this place to everyone. A bus stop is very convenient to go to Sorrento Center.
A cosy family-run hotel. The food was good and staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location on the beach in a beautiful bay.
Breakfast was good. The views from anywhere in the hotel were great. The shuttle bus is clean and efficient.
Hotel is fair, clean room with a good buffet and big bathroom. Just in front of the sea.
We had such an amazing 4 days at the village. The restaurant was amazing, we ate there every night. The breakfast provided was really good too. The bungalow was so spacious and clean. Really nice hike to a small quiet beach as well as another beach just in front of the village. Great local wine and love the recycling initiative. Thank you! Monroe & Sam
The location was very hidden and totally different than the over saturated tourist destination Positano. We got to enjoy the Amalfi coast at our own pace. We rented a boat from the owner for a day trip and spent the other days Partying (and occasionally relaxing) around the beach club.
The generous and elegant furnished house with his friendly and pleasant host family, the big bathroom and the nice terrace, the small calm village the place is located, and finally the delicious and nicely arranged breakfast
Carmen and Mariana were absolutely helpful and nice
