Great location, nice and clean room. Receptionist explained to us everything and showed us good places in the area we can go to. On top of that we had a discount at a private beach because we were staying at this particular hotel. As well, it is located right near emergency clinic. So if anything happens (god forbid), you get helped fast :))

Proximity to town (short walk) and easy to continue on road to Zingaro park. Great staff. I was fretting about driving into Palermo the next day and John Baker came up with a perfect suggestion for an alternative route and itinerary. He considered all the constraints and came up with the best solution possible. Thank you.

Patrizia (staff member) really took care of me from the very onset. I don’t speak the Sicilian dialect but she spoke English. My room wasn’t available when I got there but she recognized that I wanted to get to the beach so she gave me a cup of coffee, gave me a place to change clothes, a place to store my stuff while I was away, and a towel and beach chair ready to go. I returned to my room being ready and my stuff all moved in. The room was decent sized but it was all I needed. The bathrooms were clean. Mattress could use a replacement but overall not terrible. The breakfast set up was exactly what I needed, coffee, fruit, meats & cheeses, and some sweets. Patrizia made me an espresso while I waited for my car to return from the valet parking. I have to say, aside from the beach set up, Patrizia really made the trip to San Vito Lo Capo and this B&B worthwhile.

The family who owns the hotel was so welcoming and kind, we felt so at home there, and everyone was so nice to my children! The breakfast wasn’t anything fancy, but it was just what we needed to start the day.

The beach is great. Did not like the hawking of restaurants to get you too eat. Did not find food good at the restaurants. Way too touristy and a bit cheesy. Better to cook in your apt if you rent. Although it wasn’t crowded which made it nice to sit on the beach

The friendliness of the staff on arrival was very nice.
The friendliness of the staff on arrival was very nice. Our room was very clean with a lovely sea view and balcony. My husband and I used the quiet room on the 4th floor it was lovely up there with fantastic views. Breakfast had a good selection of good and juices. If you want an omelette or freshly squeezed juice that is extra and quite understandable. Being right on the beach and near restaurants and cafes makes it a very good location. Parking was an issue because the street close by get shut down to traffic making it difficult to get to the hotel but it is good when walking around especially in the evening to have no traffic around

We flew into Palermo , ( and in April with fewer tourists) and had 10 days in Sicily, so it was a great starting place, in the west , but having driven all the way through to the east , along south east coastal roads , mainly to see Catania, Syracuse , Taormina , Cefalu, it was a long way . Messina was big city and not very interesting

We went to San Vito specifically for the Cous Cous festival. It’s less crowded in late September and the weather is still good. We’ve also visited at Easter time. Don’t expect a beach holiday in April, just relaxation by the seaside.
I would suggest eating at Cric e Croc restaurant and of course, eat seafood Cous Cous.

San Vito Lo Capo is a lovely town situated at the end of a peninsula on the other western side of Sicily, about an hour and a quarter from Palermo Airport.
There is a fantastic beach to enjoy during the day and an ample array of local shops, restaurants, bars and local eateries. I glad to say the are no multi national fast food outlets at all. You can park on street at a cost and for those requiring long stay facilities there are car parks... they're not overly expensive, but they are secure and convenient.
We will return another day for sure!

The B&B was absolutely perfect for our stay in San Vito Lo Capo. Giacamo was an excellent host and was able to answer all of our questions and give us some good guidance for restaurants and beaches etc. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of homemade Sicilian treats! The room was spotlessly clean. Perfect location located on a quiet street but just a short walk from the beach and main streets. Free on street parking is available- the hotel has a permit available for guests to park directly outside. Overall I would highly recommend!
As other visitors have written, the breakfasts were great - not your usual ham-and-cheese buffet, but different cooked stuff every day, like sandwiches, pizza, pastries, croquettes. The staff were nice and helpful, for example they gave us some leftovers from the breakfast buffet to take to the beach for lunch.
The location is at the edge of town, but the eateries and bars in the centre are just a 10-min walk away, 5 more minutes to the beach. There is a big supermarket nearby.
- The owners are very nice and kind, we felt like home, great hospitality
- Location just 20min walk to the main beach of San Vito Lo Capo location
- Amazing breakfast with home made cakes, tarts and also delicious croissants and pizza, cured meat, yogurt, milk, coffee, tea and more!
- Spacious room and en-suite bathroom
- Air conditioning helped at night
- Stellar cleanliness
- LCD TV in the room...
- The swimming-pool on top of the B&B seemed great, just renewed...
Perfect location, right in the middle of town where all the restaurants are but on a quiet street. Also right next to the beach where you can hire umbrellas from Valentina’s husband for a discount (Valentina is the owner). You can also park your car at the Piana parking for EUR 8 per day and they provide a free transfer service to and from your hotel.
This was our favourite place we stayed in while visiting Sicily. The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel at home. They prepared lunch for us when we arrived and even had a glass of wine with us. They helped us book restaurants for dinner and even organised a boat trip for us. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in San Vito lo Capo
Very nice Bead & Breakfast hotel in the centre of San Vito lo Capo. Very, very nice and helpful owner/manager (thank you, Claudia :) ). Whole hotel is recently refurbished, rooms are sufficiently spacious for single or couple (although I would like to be there with whole family, if you know what I mean). Very nice bathroom.
Very modern and very clean, well furnished even if it was a small room.
The position is near the main roads of San Vito, where you can find everything Sicily can offer.
The breakfast is home made and of very quality.
The host is very helpful
The option of using a parking pass for a small price is vital in San Vito
Nice little hotel in the center of the village, beach, restaurants and shops nearby. Not so easy to find though and no parking (paid parking nearby). Room was modern and comfortable, nice bathroom with moorish tiles. Very gentle and helpful owners and good breakfast.
Great location, in front of the beach and a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and shops. Modern and clean rooms. Mario was an incredible host who helped us all throughout our stay with transfers and suggestions of things to do.
Would definitely come back 💙
Very nice and clean room, great breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet area, at only few minutes walk from the beach and from the center of the village. The staff are very kind and friendly. We liked it very much, we will come back anytime with pleasure.
The hospitality like nowhere else! I was the first time in my life where the host welcomed us with a drink while we were checking in! Not many 5 star hotels do this! thank you Francesco for the excellent service and I hope to see u again!
Really amazing B&B in the heart of the town. So close to the beach and all the main restaurants and bars. The personal suite had a beautiful balcony. Breakfast was so lovely and you really felt at home. I cannot recommend it enough!
Nice and clean property. 5 minutes for the beach, very practical. The breakfast and breakfast service exceeded our expectations. All in all a very good experience for a two star hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay!
Everything. The staff was very nice, the rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, there were not only pastries but delicious sandwiches. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Sicily.
The room was really clean and comfortable. The location was good. Short walk to the center of town and the beach. The owners were really accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!
Good location-5 min walking distance to the beach, possibly to rent an umbrella in a space reserved for the hotel guests. In general good price/quality ratio for San Vito Lo Capo.
The location was great and the beach was very close. The chairs were a bit more expensive at the hotel's beach, but they provided us with towels which was great.
