People are nice, the homemade breakfast every morning is sweet.
The host gives us lifts to Anacapri whenever it’s convenient, which made the location better. They also offer wash and fold service at a very decent price on the island.

If you already checked the location, you might already know...
If you already checked the location, you might already know that:
- The views from La Scala Fenicia are amazing. The final stop,Villa San Michele, is not the only and most interesting spot.
- Mount Solaro is a must
a. the chairlift is the easiest option
b. or just go for a nice hike as it's not challenging. On you way down to Anacapri take in the beautiful scenery from Santa Maria a Cetrella and appreciate the stunning Faraglioni cliffs.
- You can get to Capri via La Scala Fenicia and then taking one of the pedestrian streets - it's a beautiful 35 minute walk, but this is not for everybody. If you don't want to wait for half an hour for the bus, you can go for this option.
- Faro di Punta Carena
Take the bus and go for a dive. There is a nice beach, and I would rather spend my time there swimming/diving, instead of waiting for 2 hours in the line for Blue grotto. The emerald crystal water is full of fish playing around the rocks :)
Last, but not leas. Capri is pretty, but it looks a bit like an outdoor mall. Anacapri on the other hand is way more interesting and has a authentic vibe and most of the stunning views and trails are right here.

Unfortunately we fell into the trap of only staying one night after seeing all the day trip options Capri had. After our host Giuliano from B&B Paridiso (highly recommend) told us about everything there was to do on the island we were gutted we didn’t stay longer. There is the blue grotto, chair lifts to amazing views, anacapri’s town centre, wonderful restaurants and beaches to visit.

Lovely town with cute shops and streets to walk around.
Lovely town with cute shops and streets to walk around. However, it’s very touristy and the food isn’t great on this part of the island. It gets incredibly busy so I would not recommend visiting the island during peak season (mid June to September). 1 night should be enough and you could even make it a day trip in my personal opinion.
Everything is perfect about this place: it is beautiful, comfortable, sparkling clean, it has all a 5 stars hotel would offer in the apartment and the location has no comparison - it is easy to access by bus, you can easily bring your luggage (no stairs) and you are in the heart of Anacapri without any noise at all.
Moreover, the host is a living angel. Martina is so kind and friendly that she makes you feel as if her place was prepared to you by your best friend.
I can’t recommend enough this beautiful and cozy place.
The staff was so kind and accommodating. The owner speaks five languages and goes out of his way to take you places or to arrange things for you. The hotel is quiet and calm. They have one dish you can order, a traditional ravioli and it was the best food we had in Capri. So fresh. We stayed at a lot of places in Italy and this was the only hotel so far that gave us fresh fruit and juice as well as really fantastic pastries and coffee for breakfast. It felt like home. My young son was sad when we left.
Exceptional! Franco and his family were more than accommodating, picking us up from the bus up to Anacapri on arrival and also dropping us back to Anacapri when we left! The accommodation itself is beautifully situated on top of a hill with a majestic view out to the Gulf of Naples and ensconced in flowers and roses. We had Franco's special ravioli for lunch on the terrace which was one of our favourite pastas in Italy. Could not recommend higher, we will be back next time we come to Capri!
The best view in Capri - simply breathtaking! We stayed in suite room 202 (corner room) with view of the whole island. Hotel shuttle collected us from the Grand Marina and dropped us back at the end of the stay. Great breakfast with many pastries and jams to chose from. It’s worth noting the hotel is in Anacapri up on the hill, which is a charming small town. Capri main town is easily accessible by bus, taxi or indeed we did one trip down by foot which was also very enjoyable.
The location of Casa Cristina was amazing, and such beautiful surrounding & view!! We loved the terrace and there were birds chirping all day and the room was lovely and bright. We loved the bathroom! Nilde was so lovely and helpful and Capri is absolutely incredible. I'm so thankful to have found this place, it was in the best possible area (Anacapri) I could have found. Close to the Grotto, the bus stop, Anacapri town, Faro, everything!
This was one of our favorite stays in all of Italy. The couple who run this place are LOVELY. The location is great, much quieter than the crowded town of Capri, and you can actually walk down to the water in about 25-30 minutes. It was very easily accessed on the local bus. The breakfast was beautiful and we loved their patio area for sitting out with a glass of wine at sunset. Absolutely recommend! Also, they have a very cute dog :)
Such a lovely cute modern room in Anacapri. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the straightforward communication with the host. Super clean facilities with the convenience of a stove top and fridge. Bustop right outside was great to get to Faro beach and a 10 min walk away from the main part of anacapri where you can get a taxi. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay on the island of capri.
This is one of the best hotels we have ever had in Italy. I bekieve this hotel easily deserves to be a 5star hotel. The cleaneness, the cosines, the friendly staf with great hospitality, the small details in the room and the service and ofcourse the extra powerful blow dryer, its fantastic view are among others the things that we really loved this hotel. when you stay in Capri or Anacapri this should be your first choice!
The final stop of the Anacapri bus is 3 minutes away from the accomodation. That means that when you are going to Capri or other places on the island, yours is the first stop, and so there is always room on the bus. Everything was brand new and very clean. The room is huge and the bathroom is very nice also. A very lovely italian lady was there to welcome us, although she doesn’t speak a word of english.
the stay was absolutely wonderful! it was beautiful, comfortable, clean, affordable and a super plus, the breakfast was amazing! the best part was that the host really made the stay a great experience. she was so kind and helpful to me and my husband! I couldn’t imagine a better experience for my first day time in anacapri. as a frequent traveler, this was definitely one of my best stays!
It was such a beautiful and personable space. The staff were extremely helpful and we felt very looked after. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also the one of the best on the island. The pool was the best place to kill a few hours before heading off to dinner. Location is also right in the middle of Anacapri which I believe is better to stay than the Capri side.
Amazing property! The host was so nice and the rooms were very comfortable. He gave us recommendations of the island as well as information regarding the ferries. We enjoyed our balcony and especially the included breakfast. He makes great cappuccinos! The location is perfect, right beside an old church and less than a minute walk from the main road in Anacapri!
Super cute hotel in Anacapri. All the team were very welcoming and helpful. The grounds and rooms are perfectly kept. The room was large and clean. Location is great, you can walk into the centre of town in 15mins but you are far away for peace and quiet. There are bus stops to all the key sights round the island within 3 mins walk too.
This hotel was outstanding. Bruno, one of the front desk individuals, greeted us with a smile and continued to help us throughout our stay with excellent service. The location is wonderful and just a short walk to the Anacapri city center. The views were absolutely stunning as well as a beautiful pool and garden. Highly recommend.
Very well situated in Anacapri, far from the crowds with a nice terrace overlooking the sea and close to the beautiful restaurant Da Gelsomina.
A big plus is that the B&B is 5 min walk from the bus stop that goes everywhere.
The room was nice, rather new, with a nice bathroom.
A very peaceful and welcoming place. Friendly service, tasty breakfast, very clean room. The hotel is located very close to the bus stop with buses to the center of Capri or to the Port. Anacapri is a great and quiet little town with cheaper restaurants and drinks in the area.
Beautiful hotel and grounds. We were surprised that most of the properties in Anacapri had tall walls and private gardens (including this hotel) versus the views we expected on an island up a tall hill. Breakfast was good
Charming boutique hotel! The rooms have a beautiful view. The staff are extremely personable and friendly. The place has a cozy and intimate feel. Close to the bus stop to Blue Grotto and a 10 min walk to downtown Anacapri.
The location is perfect! You are right in Anacapri. Right near the hotel you can rent a bike from Antonio and ride around Capri. The staff at the hotel were helpful and kind.
The staff was so friendly and we loved that the property was located in Anacapri. The hotel had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable! Grazie!
