As a family of three we really enjoyed staying here. We arrived very late, but checking in was no problem and very fast. We travelled by car. There is a dedicated parking for guests. Since it is not that large, it was necessary to double park the cars. We could leave the keys of the car at the reception, and they took care of moving cars when someone who was blocked had to leave. The room and bathroom was large and clean. We were on the first floor on the left side. This had the advantage that our balcony was in the shade during the day (temperatures went up to 40C) so the room stayed at nice temperature even when it was very hot (we did not have to use the air-conditioning). The beach can be reached by reserved elevator for hotel guests, so it is really very nearby. It also leads to the restaurant for breakfast, which is located right at the beach-boulevard. Breakfast had very wide selection of things to choose from. Also here the staff was very friendly. On the roof there is a small swimming pool and whirlpool as well as a bar. On the reception level there is a large space with toys where kids can play. We stayed for a week and could definitely have stayed longer.

Exellent location! No, not exellent - it's perfect :) Close to the sea and to the most famous restaurants in Budva. If you choose to stay here - you will miss nothing :) Very good personal. I fell in love with the girl from reception (unfortunately she didn't know anything about it) :) First time I faced that the room is being cleaned twice a day :))) Great thanks and all the best wishes to the personal who do the room service!!!!

What Guests Said About Budva:

    ChatGPT said:

ChatGPT said: What I like most about Budva is the way it blends the charm of history with the vibrancy of the Adriatic coast. Walking through the narrow cobblestone streets of the Old Town feels like stepping back in time, with its stone houses, hidden courtyards, and centuries-old churches exuding a timeless character. Yet just beyond the ancient walls, the lively beaches and waterfront promenade create an entirely different energy—filled with the scent of the sea, the sound of music drifting from cafés, and the hum of people enjoying the warm Montenegrin sun. It’s this unique contrast—where tradition and modern life meet against a backdrop of turquoise waters and rugged mountains—that makes Budva feel endlessly captivating.

The beaches are fine, with sunbeds and umbrellas costing about €15 in most places, which isn’t bad. There are also areas where you can rest on the beach and use your own things without anyone saying anything. There are plenty of beaches along the coast and lots of food options. It’s generally quite clean, though, as always, you will find spots that are a bit dirty or look poorly maintained. Overall, it’s okay and a good place to stay if you want to travel north or south. Just remember, traffic can be horrendous – if you get stuck, it could be for a couple of hours. I couldn’t complain about staying there; it was nice, and there were no idiots on the beaches, no people begging. It felt very much like Croatia, except the maintenance could be better. Yes, I would come back here, but I think it will take a few more years before it reaches the point where it could be considered a “luxury” destination. At the moment, there are a lot of hotels being built, and more attention to maintenance and cleaning around the buildings and yards would help attract more financially stable customers.

Beautiful and lively town with incredible combination of nature and modern infrastracture. Amazing mountains, a bit cold but crystal clear Adriatic Sea, beautiful beaches, narrow but so nice streets, attractive villas, great diversity of restaurants, shops... the town full of life, laugher and loud talks in many different languages… I fell in love and dream to return here once again

Budva is an absolute gem on the Adriatic coast! The city is bursting with life and offers something for everyone – from the enchanting Old Town with its centuries-old walls and charming narrow streets, to a variety of beautiful beaches. Jaz Beach stands out with its lively atmosphere and events, Ploče Beach impresses with crystal-clear waters and excellent facilities, while Hawaii Beach on the small island nearby feels like a true escape. Rich history, vibrant nightlife, stunning sunsets, and warm, welcoming people – Budva truly has it all!

Budva is a beautiful coastal town with a charming old city, clean sea, and plenty of great restaurants and cafes. Everything is within walking distance, and the evening promenade is especially enjoyable. The only downside is the limited number of public beaches and the large crowds along the shoreline during peak season.

Budva is lovely but be prepared for heavy traffic!

Budva is lovely but be prepared for heavy traffic! It takes about an hour to do the airport journey which is only about 28 km. Around Budva can be bad, particularly north towards the old town and Slovenska Plaza. Parking at the beaches is mental and can be expensive - most will charge 5 euros for the day. Sunloungers are min 25 euros per day so the costs rack up if you're going every day. However, the beach is comfortable to lie on without a lounger if you have an umbrella. There are some great restaurants although generally fresh fruit and veg are nothing like at home (UK) - I guess we are spoiled. However, the downsides do not outweigh the positives as it is an incredibly beautiful landscape - the coastline is jawdropping, the beaches are lovely and the water is crystal clear. Obviously there are way too many people if you go in July/August but we are used to that!

I was met at the property by the owners after a relatively short walk in to the old town. They greeted me even though my arrival was heavily delayed. They shared history about Budva and Montenegro and gave me a great overview of the old town. The hospitality was very good. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Restaurants and beaches were only a short walk away and it was nice and quiet in the room even though it was situated in the middle of Old Town Budva.

This was a last minute booking for us whilst exploring Montenegro. The location was close to the beach and a taxi ride to the old town. The staff were so kind and friendly and I can't speak highly enough of them. The room was small for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children) but felt clean. Breakfast was on the 6th floor and had a view of Budva.
