Bedrooms need an update. Very basic bedroom. The mattress on bed needs changing for new ones. Towels are not changed daily so have to remind staff to do it. The bathroom need a general update. Bad customer service, they cannot solve problems themselves, contact Booking, they change the entrance code, they do not communicate, the shower siphon is clogged,, Stained toilets, bad smell in the room, a bathroom for 6 beds is uncomfortable, etc. I would not recommend if you want to have a good and pleasant stay, for me cleanliness is essential.They make noise, that's normal and it doesn't bother me.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Sliema is lovely - very well connected with lots of shops and good restaurants and bars open late, with some amazing views of Valletta. The water taxi is easy and relatively cheap across to Valletta too - a perfect location if you don't fancy paying the higher prices of the main city. Also there is an iron, kitchen and all the tools for food making in the room. The rooms are about 30m2. Also there is tv. The best thing was air conditionier. The rooms are very clean. Location very good, bus stops, traveling by boat or ship is on the other side of the street. Reception desk working 24/7 always helpfull, even they gave us adapter from uk to eu. And the most important thing on the top floor there are working jakuzzi with lounge.
