Very easy to get around.
Everyone is friendly.
We loved everything and every place we visited.
Beware of the people selling you tickets at the bus stops for the Hop on Hop off bus. Avoid them. They are selling tickets for different bus companies. Ask at the hotel which bus to catch for your desired destination and pay on the bus. We missed the bus we wanted to catch because one of these ticket sellers told us it was the wrong bus. We bought his ticket and had to wait 2 hours for his company bus to go to the same place. The concierge at the hotel said they would report the incident.
That was the only hiccup. All of Malta is well worth visiting.

The hotel and the rooms are very clean.
The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous.
However, I would advise sleeping with earplugs if the noise wakes you up quickly, as the insulation towards the corridor is not so good.

Fun location with a lot of places to go for dinner, drinks etc. We stayed in Swieqi just across the major road. This was perfect as it was a quiet neighborhood so we weren't disturbed by traffic or loud drunk people and it was only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Paceville. Everything is close and I would recommend a scooter or motorbike if you want to travel across Malta because traffic can be pretty heavy.

Would not recommend as staff is rude and manager does not oblige or change rooms when things are not upto standard. Air conditioning does not work, TV remote was not in the room and came after 2 days, telephone did not work so we had to run to reception for everything. No kettle in the room provided nor was there coffee or tea or cutlery for the amount they charge and supposed to be a 4 star hotel. A real disappointment.

I absolutely love st Julian’s, this is the second time I’ve been in the past year and it doesn’t disappoint. Very good party atmosphere although some of the local men can get a bit handsy. Lots of beautiful restaurants and highly recommend Cuba for food and Nordic bar for drinks. We all had an amazing time and I’ll definitely be going back again. Definitely download the bolt app for taxis, and it’s definitely worth doing a boat trip with sea breeze
Beautiful sea view and hotel had its own access to the ocean with lots of activities to do! Great location for exploring Malta.
Pictures don’t do justice to how big and beautiful the suites are! Two huge rooms with dining areas and two balconies on both sides with sea views. It makes for a perfect stay with young children / friends if you want somewhere close to Paceville but without the loud music playing all night.
All the facilities at the hotel were great, good breakfast and we would definitely recommend!
I booked this place because I wanted to stay in Malta longer than I originally intended and the first hotel made my wife feel uncomfortable. The price was not bad for the accommodations and location, but overall I did not have many expectations for this stay. The room was clean and organized and all of the staff were nice and informative. They almost convinced us to stay longer for a few more trips around the island. They were able to book our airport taxi last minute so we could leave early in the morning too.
Excellent resort in Malta - great pools, nice private (rocky) beach area and superb Westin service. We stayed in one of the Tower rooms- plenty of space for family of 4 and lovely terrace to relax on at night. 20min can ride into Valetta which was easy - as you would not really go out in Paceville with the family - all clubs and bars. Clearly more expensive eating and drinking in the hotel than outside but not outrageous and food quality very good. Cracking gym as well.
The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The breakfast are tasty with various of choices, delicious coffee and awesome fresh orange juice prepared by you own. We had window with garden view and it was nice. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean with all needed equipment like fridge, safe, flat tv with screen mirroring. The staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel is in St Julians near to the bus stops. For sure I will come back when visit Malta again
This 4-star hotel is perfectly located right at Spinola Bay. The best part of the room is a balcony overlooking the bay, with really beautiful views – especially from the top floors. The second best is the cafe/restaurant at the entrance with a nice terrace. The room is rather big and pretty comfortable. The staff are really trying their best — although it does not always work :-) Would probably stay again when in Malta.
The hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating. We requested a quiet room which is away from the construction site, and they upgraded us to a bigger room. We especially liked the ice machine and water station in every floor, which helps us cool off in the warm Malta weather. I will book this hotel again when we return.
Thank you Maroushka and rest of the team. Highly recommended!
I liked my stay with the marcopolo party hostel. Especially the rooftop bar gets you connected to people all around world which I think other hostels don't have.
Staff is well trained and welcome you in very good way.
Cris,at reception helps you good in booking the sightseeing from the hostel end.
I personally recommend anyone arriving malta to check stay at this hostel for sure.
The location was convenient with a nearby supermarket, bus station, and beach, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was exceptional, providing great service and being very polite. The check-in and check-out process was easy and flexible. Additionally, the fast internet speed and TV with Netflix were a nice bonus. I highly recommend Casa Leon Malta for a pleasant stay.
A good hotel in a great location, all the main attractions in Malta are easily accessible from St Julians. The rooms are clean and comfortable, towels are changed every day. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, which is great for cooling off and enjoying.
Completely everything. If you have a chance to come to Malta do not hesitate and book this acommodation. It has perfect atmosphere. Maria, Sean, Mark and Jack are so genereous and kind that you will feel good and relaxed from the very first second in this hotel.
Quiet hotel in a vibrant area with everything you need very close by. Close to bus stop, which was ideal for exploring Malta . Good sized modern and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Very good value for money.
Very clean, staff are super nice and very welcoming. Breakfast is good, room is comfortable and Andy the manager made sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you! One of the best hotels I have been to in Malta
nice staff, beautiful hotel, good COVID safety measures. Close to bus stops (in Malta, bus is the easiest form of transport if you want to explore the island), and quiet although it is located near discotheques.
Very accommodating staff. Specifically the manager Matthew who took time to ensure we felt welcomed.
Great location. Next to all the main amenities.
Would recommend for anyone visiting Malta.
A real gem in Malta.
Great hotel with friendly personal, super delicious breakfast, comfortable hotel rooms and a nice pool on the rooftop.
The hotel even offered us a late check-out for free!
This was our first trip to Malta and we will certainly return and stay at this wonderful resort. Cannot say enough about the staff and facilities. First class in every respect.
Staff is superb
Cleaned every day
Its my second time in the hostel and everytime I will come to Malta it s where I am going to stay
Good for solo travellers
Socially appeling
The area is very good, very near to the bus station and you can reach every place in Malta.
We liked the view from our terrace. A lot of restaurants near the location.
