10/10 for the staff!!!! We were really impressed by Shawn and Sina at the reception and Elena at the restaurant. Breakfast spread is good. That's about it.

Room was comfortable but could do with some draws/additional clothes storage. There were a couple of shelves and hanging space. Not really enough for a one week stay. Room cleaning was hit and miss, some days they didn't arrive until late afternoon when we were having a siesta so some days we told them not to bother. No drama though. We were on the 6th floor with a sea view. The road is a little noisy but worth it for the view. Could sit there all day watching the world go by. Once the patio doors were closed you couldn't hear the road. Location was good for the ferry to Valletta. Bus stop right outside the hotel which we used a few times. Easy to get around. Breakfast was good, busy but always managed to get a clean table. Staff lovely.

- Rooms are clean, spacious and well designed - The TV offers a lot of options, and shows your name (small detail but it's cool) - Helpful staff - Definitely the free access to the Aqualuna even after the checkout!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the seafront hotel situated in the heart of Malta's coastal resort of Sliema, and we would rate my experience 8/10. The hotel's location is outstanding, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the vibrant surroundings. The staff was friendly, and the service was generally excellent. The hotel's popularity is well-deserved, considering its prime location and amenities. While there were a few minor areas where improvements could be made, such as in-room facilities, my overall stay was enjoyable and memorable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta.

The bed was confortable, birds were singing near the open window in the morning and I loved it. The staff were very helpful as I had issue with the lack of actual wardrobe and proper iron. Extra hangers were supplied and a steam iron. Breakfast was ok, had what we needed, may be they can include black olives to it :) we loved the swimming pool too

Modern and clean hotel, nice and helpful staff, very decent breakfast (coffee could be better, it's some instant kind). Spacious and comfortable room (we had the executive suite with the harbour view) with a decent sized balcony that can be accessed from both rooms. Very big bed. The location is decent but could be better - 15min by bolt to get to Valletta or the 3 cities. The neighbourhood is not that interesting, but there's plenty of good international restaurants in the vicinity. The harbour is very near but it's not very nice to walk until you get to the Sliema promenade. The room was clean and towels were replaced daily.

The location was great. At night the neighbourhood calmed down. The room was small, but for 1 night it was okay. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was sufficent, basics and some extra here and there.
