I loved my stay at Indralok. The hotel is modern, clean and has a lovely view of the mountains and lake. The owners and staff were exceptional. We had a movie each evening which was fun! The meals were excellent. I felt spoiled by Madhu who insisted on carrying a chair and numerous beverages up to my balcony so I could enjoy the antics of the monkeys frolicking in the trees outside each day. I also had a special cappuccino at the coffee shop along the brick path before the hotel restaurant opened each morning. The owner there is also an avid birdwatcher and is happy to lend you his expertise, binoculars and bird books at his scenic overlook with tables and chairs. And, the taxi driver who lives next door to the coffee shop kindly carried my heavy suitcase down past a road block in the early morning to ensure I caught the bus I had arranged to Kathmandu from Talchowk. He even offered to wait in his taxi with my belongings watching for the bus while I had a coffee in the shop across from the bus stop. I can't imagine a more comfortable stay or any more hospitable people than I met at Begnas Tal!

Breakfast was good and they added a special, too. The views are the best we have experienced from accommodation in Nepal or in fact, anywhere in the world. The husband-and-wife team are caring, warm, very friendly and obliging.

Lovely family-run guest house surrounded by nature, with birdsong at all hours and stunning mountain views on clear mornings. They serve delicious food and coffee, made with produce grown in their forest garden. They really looked out for me and my mum (who is 75). There are lovely local walks but you'll probably use taxis if you want to get to restaurants etc.

The views here were phenomenal and the main highlight for the stay. The location is remote and up a hill, so the point is to really stay in and enjoy the views from the resort. The room was clean and comfortable with a great balcony that faced the mountain range. The food came in large portions, and we had a pleasant stay. We didn't get to try the spa or pool as we were just there for one night, but am sure it would have been great. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport and Lakeside.

We had an amazing time and Dinesh’s house. It truly feels like a paradise in nature - from amazing views, to the great hospitality and food. The family truly welcomed us with open arms and made sure that we have a comfortable stay. We can blindly recommend this stay to anyone out there. It is a home stay in an eco farm. The family is super nice and they know a lot and share their knowledge. The view is wonderful. In a nice walk you can get to the lake. Food was very good. We had a great time
