It was a dump. We booked three rooms as the price looked good and it was close to airport for early flight next morning. The reviews looked great so did this picture. The hotel is a smelly mess in the hood. As we entered the front door there was s street person on the lobby couch. Seriously. Lucky we held our cab to wait. It took 30 seconds to decide not to risk the stay. We drove to Westin and lucky they had rooms available.

The food was not the best at the buffet style breakfast lunch and dinner. The best was not completely awful but lacked in presentation and more choices or options needed. Oceana seafood was excellent every night the food was great. Taste was excellent presentation was excellent and cocktail was amazing. Coco cafe bar was also really good. The food for room service was good and arrived quickly. The staff were nice and friendly aswell.

The pool (closes at 5:45 PM), the beach (check the tides, usually best around 1:00 PM), the Basketball court , the washer/dryer; the blender; enough silverware, glasses and plates. The host: easy to reach via whatsup, excellent communication. It was great to have the key in a passcode lock, waiting for us. Bidets in BOTH bathrooms. Ultra clean.

Great location in casco viejo! The rooms are very roomy and it is an amazing building. The staff were super! They went above and beyond to help us and upgraded our room when we asked if we could switch rooms due to a noisy wedding -not the fault of the hotel!

The Staff was AMAZING! When I arrived I was greeted by a smiling Mr.Wilson. He made me feel truly welcome. Then I met a team at the front desk, I do not remember all the names but Paul was reallu sweet and professional, patient with me. I do not speak English. Esther was wonderful she made sure I was taken care of by extending herself and letting me know that anything I need I can reach out to her especially where the restsurant was concerned due to the language barrier. I cannot forget Astrid I had forgotten hair ties and I asked her for a rubber paper band. She said it would tear my hair so she gave me one of her very own hair band. Avero was welcoming.... I really cannot remember all the names but everyone was awesome, I cannot wait to return to Beautiful Panama and your Resort. I stay at Holiday Inn all the time. This is my favorite!!
