This is a great hotel and location, very close to 5 de Mayo Station, restaurants and entertainment venues.
Nice staff, great wifi and very comfortable beds, pillows etc.

Great cosmopolitan city. We have stayed there many times.
Great cosmopolitan city. We have stayed there many times. Excellent food, great museums, Casco Viejo is a don't miss.
The Albrook Mall has anything you could possibly need.
Make sure your UBER driver puts your code in and you get the signal back. We've taken UBER there a lot and only had one instance of a driver trying to rip us off.
The people in Panama are extremely friendly and take cultural events seriously.
Language is a little tough to understand even with a good knowledge of Spanish.
If you're on a budget the Fondas are an excellent value for food.

Over crowded. Waited in lines for everything. No service anywhere ! If you can’t speak Spanish, employees ignore you and walk off. Breakfast lines were so long that they ran out of many food items. The bars at 7pm were closed so you couldn’t have a relaxing drink poolside or near the beach. Only lobby bar near the reception.,not inviting for a “resort” hotel !! Truly one of the worst hotels I have stayed at.

The property is off the main road and in a quiet...
The property is off the main road and in a quiet neighbourhood in Veracruz. The room is large and very comfortable. The property is well taken care of and Nathalie is extremely friendly and very helpful. Even in advance to our stay communication was easy and straightforward. We cannot express enough how grateful to Nathalie we are for making our stay so comfortable.

this location, while pretty, is too far from everything else...
this location, while pretty, is too far from everything else. Ubers would not come there so we were forced to hire taxis from the Westin next door which were way overpriced. Every tour operator changed extra to come there as well.

It was a unique stay. Not for everyone.
It was a unique stay. Not for everyone. Safe, but not a lot of action. Very low key. Weekends bring many ferry/beach tourists for the day. Otherwise, super relaxing. Great for reading, some sun time, and taking it SLOWWWWW!!!

There is so much to do and experience in Panama City.
There is so much to do and experience in Panama City. We just had a ½ day tour and rain cut it short. We did get to see the Cathedral for about 5 minutes. We saw the Panama Canal in operation and we saw the IMAX show on the Canal. We did not get to do any shopping because of the rain.

This place is good for a getaway and being remote. You are very good distance from the city. They had two sides the adult or preferred pool was quiet side. The family side was where games and bigger pools were. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were ample in size. The food was just ok. Not a lot ofnoptions after couple of days. Lol only issue I had was the animals. You will see raccoons at night roaming and eating off the room service plates left outside. Which I think staff should have not left out like that. And raccoons can be dangerous. Also the wifi would go in and out. Lastly if you want to do things in the city, stay in the city. It was hard getting users from.time to time. And the place doesn't offer shuttle service to the city unless you are paying for it. It's like $20-$30 a person. Oh the weight room was nice.

Taboga is beautiful but rustic.
Taboga is beautiful but rustic. If you want bakeries, gift shops and gourmet food then don’t go. If you want a laid-back vacation on a lovely island that’s easy to get to then this island is for you.
Warning: you must eat dinner early here - the few restaurants serving dinner close much earlier than in the cities.

The room was always clean 10/10
Only issue was the scent but everywhere we went had that issue so I would recommend air fresheners, but overall it was good. Oh the breakfast is a must, it’s fabulous.

The resort could use some upgrades. The staff was helpful. For as much as we spent to stay at an all-inclusive I expected more. The food was not very good. We only ate breakfast there, and after to days we went out to eat. All the pools and outside bars close a 7pm. Overall it was a decent stay, but I would research other places first.
