The breakfast selection was the best we had our entire journey and the dinner was very good as well, and the ocean-view from our room made everything that much more pleasant.

Relaxing quiet pastoral space. Pool was refreshing on a hot afternoon after we walked the Fisherman’s walk. Quiet night’s sleep in comfortable bed. Shower was hot with good water pressure

A typical seaside town that quietens down after the season.
A typical seaside town that quietens down after the season. We visited in February so almost everything was closed. It was lovely because there were no tourists and you could easily find a place in a restaurant (although it wasn't that easy to find an open restaurant). The center still has the feel of an old-type fishing village with tiny cute white and blue houses, but you can see and feel the pressure of the modern beach town which is just behind the old city center. Great beaches and amazing cliffs add to the attractiveness of Porto Covo both in winter and in summer.

Gorgeous spot to visit if you want to stear away from big crowds. Views are breathtaking with a bunch of beaches connected by caves and grottos. There really isn't much else there. A small little village with some eating facilities and a small supermarket. It's a perfect spot for one day and night. The fact that you can park your car wherever you please is also very nice.

Great location for beach goers, with multiple pristine, gorgeous coves in close walking proximity.
Friendly staff; we were upgraded to an ocean front view room and they were able to accommodate our request for a late checkout, last day of our trip so we were able to enjoy the beach before our long flight home.
Breakfast (included) was plentiful and offered many options.
Our trip included stays at 5 hotels, this was the only one that actually had a stocked mini fridge.

Porto Covo is an attractive little town with a small fishing harbour. The Main Street has a lot of very touristy shops. A fair choice of restaurants to eat in but nothing special. It was easy to get to using the very efficient Portuguese bus service and a good place to start walking the Rota Vicentina.

Beautiful little town. Nice restaurant.
Beautiful little town. Nice restaurant. Lovely little local fish and fruit market open in the mornings only. No main supermarket that I could see, only small local ones. But a beautiful beach and cove.

Sweet town, but very touristy feeling.
Sweet town, but very touristy feeling. Tour buses dropping people in, and the restaurants felt geared for tourists too. (though check out the pizza place in the main street, excellent).
Great view from the coastline but not a swimmable beach. Really central to some great day trips, but I think there are better towns in the area for a longer stay.
Check out the horseriding nearby, excellent.
MUTE’s location is fantastic on the north end of Porto Covo. Overall the vibe is cool and hip. We had a patio room facing the pool and it was nice to have access to the outside lounge area from our room. The views from the rooftop deck for sunset are A+! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They helped us get a dinner reservation and with our baggage transfer for the Rota Vincentina. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the honor bar for drinks and refreshments was a nice touch.
The hotel is on the edge of what used to be an old fishing village and is now a fashionable seaside resort. It's beautifully located near the ocean with a lot of parking spots. The room and the bathroom were spacious and very well equipped. The staff was amazing, and all spoke impeccable English. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of Portuguese and European food.
It's very central - Porto Covo is small but this is also near the parking. The house is very well equipped with everything one needs (and probably even more) for cooking and enjoying some holidays. We only stayed one night but for those staying longer I doubt that they'll be missing anything - potentially, depending on amount of luggage there's not much storage space.
I really liked everything: Rodrigo was very attentive, the apartment is on a great location, fantastic view from the balcony, very clean, comfortable, within walking distance and driving to a plethora of wonderful beaches.
Plenty of restaurants in the lovely town of Porto Covo…
I highly recommend this place…
I will be back.
Location and Porto Covo were wonderful. Communication exceptional and the hosts so friendly. Room was simply decorated and very clean with everything you needed. We had a room with balcony and gorgeous views. Breakfast was delicious, lots of fresh homemade items, relaxed dining on the terrace. There is nothing to fault.
This was a treasure to find in Porto Covo! The manager was really friendly and helpful. The location is right near 2 beaches that are walkable, and there are parking spaces available too. The location was very chill, clean, delicious breakfast, and nice atmosphere. I highly would recommend!
This perfect place has everything you need for a great visit to Porto Covo!
The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. The apartment was large and very nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast tasty!
Everything, Dina takes care about her place like her own house! Having the beach 200 m away and fire place in the house seems like a perfect gift in winter. Porto Covo is charming fishing village to be visited in all seasons.
Thank you Dina
Fantastic rural hotel in a great country location and walking distance to amazing beach. Farm animals plus some exotic roaming around. Great discovery. Simple and rustic design with good taste. Very friendly staff and good home cooking.
Spacious, spotless and well equipped accommodation in the centre of Porto Covo. The owner lit the fire when we arrived and we had a very pleasant and cosy evening. Easily a straight 10 rating.
A bit old fashioned, but very clean, good breakfast and very friendly staff. The pool and garden are fantastic. Only a short walk to the beautiful centre of Porto Covo
Central location near the beach and shopping and restaurants. Very quiet, lovely garden. Wonderful fresh breakfast. Lovely hosts. Convenient street parking.
Comfortable, quiet, colorful, a kitchen. A very friendly and helpful host. Porto Covo is a really cool town on some of the most beautiful coast in Portugal.
