Comfortable bed, enough extra pillows, easy to find though we were driving in a foreign country. It was also clean and quiet. We did not use the TV. Public transportation was handy and we left our car in their parking lot the two days we were there. A 10€ breakfast was available but we chose to eat elsewhere, so cannot give advice on that one way or the other.

Holiday Inn Express is located in front of the Porto International Fair - Exponor, with easy access to all major city ring roads.
