The location was great with parking nearby which was unusual for a medieval walled village such as this one. The room and breakfast were top notch. Dinis, the African Gray Parrot who lives at the cafe across the street was a constant source of marvelous entertainment. The hotel staff was also tops. Walking the was very interesting with great views.

The views were stunning. The bathroom was modern, and there was quite a bit of space in the studio apartment. It would be great for a couple or a solo traveler who needs to work remotely (there is a big desk). You could make do for a family of 3 as there is a comfy day bed in the living room. The restaurant is directly below the studio, so it’s convenient for dining. The breakfast was generous.
