All we can say is wow! We missed the Quinta and the people as soon as we left. The customer service and hospitality is exceptional and the property itself is a hidden gem. Guillerme looked after us during the majority of our stay, showed us around the premises, offered incredible recommendations, and made us feel like we were family. The restaurant was top notch and the aesthetics were reminiscent of living in a 15th century castle; eating next to a fireplace for breakfast or eating on the original stone tables . I can’t wait to go back and stay at this wonderful hotel

All the guesthouse it's new, so it has the best comfort and facilities. However what really stands out it's Paulo, the host, who is incredible. We felt like we were invited for his home.

Very good host, friendly staff and every effort was made to make our stay enjoyable
Featuring garden views, Quinta Ribeiro Tanquinhos in Tancos offers accommodations, pool with a view, a garden, a bar, barbecue facilities, and a shared lounge.
Constancia is beautiful. We walked the village in the evening and it was peaceful. The churches are wonderful and there is a lovely walk along the river. We loved the orange and white houses and the well-kept gardens. The supermarket was well stocked and although we never ate at any restaurants, they looked good.
We are just so very sad that a paper mill has been constructed across the river! It is noisy and an eyesore on the once beautiful horizon.

We liked the fact that the check in was in person and the welcome from Roberto and his care in the presentation of the house.
The sympathy and availability were excellent!
Details available in the house as the firewood, various kitchen utensils and groceries make a big difference.
The space is cozy and very comfortable, both inside and outside.
The trust and freedom offered to the guests makes the experience very special.

Beautiful old small village along the Tejo river.
Beautiful old small village along the Tejo river. Absolutely worth a visit. You can also walk in the park along the river (from where you can see where 2 rivers are meeting each other (the 'Tejo' river and the 'Zêzere' river (the latter with source in the Serra de Estrella mountains). There is a little praia (beach along the river) nearby Constância.
The owner/manager/staff is an example of good hospitality and hotelier knowledge. He offered us a room upgrade, he had booked a standard double room, and upon arrival, we got a suite at no extra cost.
The location is tranquil and quaint; it's perfect.
The breakfast is simple yet sophisticated at the same time.
It was a perfect stay, and I am sure we'll return for another visit.
On top of everything, it was scorching outside, but our suite air conditioner was very effective.
The location is great being on the main square and is close to the local restaurants and facilities. The house is well equipped and spacious and gets plenty of natural light. There is always plenty of parking nearby and at night the house is quiet so you get a good sleep. We have been visiting Constância for more than 15 years and Luis is a great host, always wanting you to have a wonderful stay and is full of local knowledge and advice.
We loved Constancia! The accommodation is well located in the village so it was easy to walk everywhere. There is free parking just down the road if you have a car. The room was bright, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, efficient and polite and the breakfast was an absolute bonus - fresh and delicious! We would return with no hesitation!
This property is simply amazing. An old convent converted to a hotel loaded with personality and charm. You will certainly be like us at breakfast wondering when it was converted, how long did it take, how much did it cost, a stay I will certainly remember.
The hotel is brand new, sparkling clean, at a great location and has extremly kind staff.
They helped us to find a taxi while we were leaving too. We recommend this hotel to anyone travels to the town.
(Thank you for the tomato!)
What a stunning hotel! Spotlessly clean, full of character and attention to detail! We stayed 2 nights but could have happily stayed 2 weeks. Great views, wonderful staff, incredible setting. There's even tennis courts and sheep!
everything was amazing. Paulo is a very good and wonderful host. we really enjoy our stay in Constancia. The place was really quiet. The breakfast home made was délicious. We really felt like being in a cocooning place.
Beautiful historic building. Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Especially Rafaella on reception and Guilleme in the bar. Quiet and peaceful location outside Constancia. Exceptional value for money.
Everything there, the studio, swimmingpool, area, close from the village of beautiful Constancia. And a beautiful surprise with drinks and food. So lovely.
