The hotel is superb: the location is very central, staff extremely polite and helpful, the reception beautiful, there are comfortable and huge shared spaces (including a library) and there is free parking at a garage nearby. The room (the suite) was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. There was a large and comfortable bed, a sofa bed that became two single beds for the children, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and a luxurious shower. There were bathrobes and slippers and a coffee machine. Exceptional hotel, right off the main square. Breakfast was good.

It’s a large family managed hotel, with a familiar sense. It has a lovely spacious sitting room by reception and a working lift to get you to your room. The cleaning staff are very friendly and the hotel owner is a legend. It’s located right in the middle of Luso centro so all is in reach. The bedroom has good air conditioner which is brilliant for the hot days. This hotel has loads of potential and I know it’s being improved each year.

it is beautifully located with a beautiful pool, and a skate bowl in a forest - a place to feel at home. The kitchen is lovely and invites you and the rest of the people to work, rest, have dinner, etc. We had a great stay and met some lovely people in the house. Also, something to point out is the good smell in the surroundings and the quiet doors, like that we did not weak anyone up.
