The safety was excellent while walking around the streets of Ankara. I have visited a very few attractive places for tourists;
I would like to mention that there is a great possibility to eat healthy food in most restaurants and cafes; people are great; Hamamonu street is superb, also on kizilay district (the city center) you can enjoy well!
You can use your master card while using bus and metro stations, it was really comfortable and there is no need to take local ticket transport cards;
Tunali Hilmi Caddesi is worth to have a look; Also Ramada shopping areas and it's sub-around cafes are great!
The transport system looks great and easy to get around;
Avoid to have less time while being in Ankara :)

After two short trips to Ankara I must admit I am very impressed by the friendliness of the Turkish people, as well as the cleanliness and good order of everything. The new railway station can be a good example, one of the nicest railway stations I have visited, and I have seen many! For the food side, I am most interested to have nice breakfast, and that is something you can get in Turkey, with lots of different olives, cheeses and vegetables, a very tasty and healthy breakfast I guess.

It was a great place to land before heading to Istanbul.
It was a great place to land before heading to Istanbul. Very walkable, safe for single women and not crowded with tourists. The metro is fantastic and there are many beautiful public parks!
Not many people speak English but we could get by with some limited Arabic and lots of hand gestures with accomodating city hosts.

I loved the city structure, peoples hospitality, as well as calmness . However in rash hours it was a bit annoying to reach the destinations. Since I already had been in Istanbul, I can fairly say that Ankara is much more beautiful than Istabul as a touristic city. I would definitely travel again. Not to mention that they have installed buttons for quick requesting a taxi which was nice.

I love Ankara - the awe-inspiring landmarks, such as the majestic Atatürk Mausoleum (I see it from the top floor of my hotel), stand tall as a testament to the city's proud history and the visionary spirit of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. It gives such magic and confirms true glory – lights in the evening make me think of some truly enchanting atmosphere. The lovely streets of Ankara are adorned with stunning architecture, beautiful parks, and bustling markets, all reflecting the city's unique character and cultural diversity.

Ankara is just another city.
Large. Lots of people
I didn't experience any old or interesting features there.
All the food in restaurants are more or less the same throughout Turkiye. I'm sure there are subtle regional differences. But I couldn't pick any.
Very nice, cozy hotel. Excellent location. It is located on a nice, quiet street, several coffee shops and light-food places nearby, several small markets (shops) nearby as well. Kugulu Park and Tunali Hilmi (nice entertainment district of Ankara) is 15 mins walk away. Kizilay is 25 min walk away. On the way you pass several embassies. Neighborhood is safe. The highlight of the stay was the staff at the hotel. Leyla Aliyeva at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thank you very much, hope to be back soon!
This is a small boutique hotel that’s central with food shops and sumpermarts just a stone’s throw away.
Rooms are small and bathrooms even smaller. Claustrophobic I’d say. Even for the bigger category rooms one can’t swing a cat inside.
Breakfast was good with the best eggs served.
What was outstanding thou were the staff who made our stay personable and pleasant. They emphasise on getting to know you and make it a point to connect hence I can understand the high ratings.
5 star for service!
4 for everything else.
The hotel has been renovated recently. Therefore rooms, hall, cafe etc are very nice. The breakfast was pretty decent, I could find anything I wanted. The hotel itself is not in the city center, by it is reachable on foot, also metro station, main railway teminal and bus stop of the bus from the airport are quite close too. The best feature is the staff which are nice and extremely helpful.
No doubt I will choose this hotel again if I ever visit Ankara again.
The location is greatl. Though it's slap bang right in the city centre, you can have evening tranquility away from buzzy streets and restaurants surrounding the hotel. The staff are welcoming and thoughtful. I should express my sincere gratitude to Ayday, a member of guest relations who made me feel at home by solving any problem I had. I extended my stay a couple of times regarding my travel purpose and I never regretted.
My mum and I stayed in Divan Cukurhan for my mum's 80th birthday. The place is amazing, the staff was very polite and very helpful. The room was great with great city views. The museum next door was great and was free for the hotel guests. There was a pianist in the evening played beautiful music and atmosphere was amazing. They even left a little birthday cake for my mum's birthday, totally exceptional place.
You have to consider it is a 2* hotel after all is great. The staff is poor in English but super friendly and all requests met. Rooms are outdated but clean and warm. The Internet is very good. Room cleaning in on request, but you can get fresh towels or what you might need anytime. Excellent location in the city centre, but still in the quiet street.
The staff were extremely friendly. They were supportive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were upgraded in our room and the kids had a blast. The breakfast was very nice too and there are public playgrounds around the hotel as well as a mall within walking distance and grocery stores too.
The staff were very helpful and nice. We were able to leave our car there, while we traveled by plane to a few more places in Turkey. The staff were always available for any questions or needs that we asked for. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Ankara.
Great location near the Kizilay square with so many shpos, stors, exchange, malls, bus station, metro, taxi, and every things you want.
Airport to Kizilay by bus with right price.
This is good for people that don't stay in hotel for long time during the days.
This horel is my choice again in Ankara.
Everything was perfect. Breakfast were delicious. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is located in the city centre. It takes less than 5 minutes to get from the hotel to metro station and bus stop. The room was comfortable and pleasant. The staff speaks English.
Camre from Kahya got in touch with me through whatsapp few days before the booking to check if needed any support before arrival.
Front desk at the hotel was also very friendly and spoke good English.
Everything else was as you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
Everything is very very well, the room was clean, wifi was very good, breakfast was perfect, the staffs were very kindly, the hotel was very close to airport. Thankyou very much to the hotel. I will stay at the hotel whenever go to airport
The location is Ideal.. you can take a bus from the Airport, it will drop you exactly next to the hotel.
It's clean, basic and affordable.. I would stay here again.
