Both front desk employees, the one working Sunday evening and the one working Monday morning were amazing!! We were treated as if we were staying at their home. They were kind, respectful, accommodating, professional, very pleasant and not only to us but what we saw, to everyone. They made our stay very enjoyable. They are rare employees.

Rooms are spacious. Located near all major stores. Staff nice.
When we arrived at the property, no one answered. A phone call informed us that the property was no longer being rented. We had already paid for 3 nights, so we were not happy. Fortunately, we found other accommodations, but I expect a refund of $188.93. How do I go about getting this?

Killeen was a very cute town with a lot of things going on. They always seemed busy and going somewhere. Nobody seemed to relax. There was no street lights so I kept thinking that I was going to go off a cliff or into someone's yard. We ate at Whataburger. They were awesome. I would highly recommend them.

It was very clean, comfortable, fully furnished, and everything advertised. They were very amendable to adding an extension date as well at the last minute.Very nice folks, would recommend for anyone at this Air B and B.Someone reported the washer did not work.We are Old School and played with the knob control and got it to work. Big wash load, it washed well.

I traveled from Tennessee to visit my daughter for the first time in months. I am familiar with military towns, but I was shocked to see the state of this city. I honestly don’t know why anyone would want to live there, beyond mandatory service. The recommendation for the best authentic Mexican food was given to us by a young Hispanic man. He recommended Chuy’s. Which is both depressing and disgusting. I will be back, to see my child, but I am not happy about prospect of her residence in such a dirty, economically depressed area with so little to offer.

Killeen has a lot to offer all around the area.
Killeen has a lot to offer all around the area. There are lakes/rivers, a zoo nearby, lots of shopping and restaurant choices, military supply and surplus stores and of course the attractions on Ft Hood/Cavazos. Waco is a short drive away for furthering your adventures.
Galaxy Burger and Cajun Shrimp and Grill are a must for some delicious food that will leave you full and wanting more.

This is 3rd visit to Killeen.
This is 3rd visit to Killeen. This time saw alot of different areas of Killeen that I didn't see previously. Impressed! It feels like an up and coming city lots of restaurants. Many friendly people, people who feel pride in their city.
I liked the location of the hotel which was around a lot of eateries and other shops and grocery stores. We ate next door at King Noodle and it was great! The staff was professional and curteous. The hotel was also close to the highway so it made it easy to get back on the next morning. The shower water pressure was great! Probably the best thing about the hotel.
Absolutely loved the couple who ran this Hotel. So sweet and respectful! As a veteran my room was upgraded at no cost. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and had no issues with the room. Door card could be left out for "needs Housekeeping" or "Do Not Disturb". location was secluded but still centralized in the Killeen and Harker Heights area.
Place was clean & not sketchy at all. They had working cameras so it made me feel a lot safer about staying in hotel & leaving our car. Also, breakfast was great! Thought it was going to be a simple breakfast like cereal and milk. They had a wider variety than what I assumed.
The hotel is in the area that has a lot of mischief
Everything went fine
Some of the equipment in the room was broken like dresser drawers cabinets. the sleep blankets are the cheap motel ones the staff was friendly very helpful the Wi-Fi work excellent
It was a beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious and we travel with 5 kids. Most staff was very kind. Our children loved the pool. They are little kids so it was a plus the pool was only 3 ft In most spots.
Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in! Very friendly Lovely room. Gave us eclipse eyeglasses. Had extra hours in the small coffee shop/ bar. Had breakfast. Usual menu, your choice is brought to you
After the way I was treated, it was hard to have a positive attitude toward anything good. The hotel was poor to average. Definitely not worth $130.00 a night without the problems.
The breakfast was good and this hotel is always good and above average. Great location and customer service and great staff in a good area. Will refer to others.
