This was the best family owned hotel I have stayed in.

This was the best family owned hotel I have stayed in. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable I could have slept much longer but check out was close. Great place to stay. I will stay there again.

We find restaurants that have a hot breakfast so we can eat a good meal & be on our way. Coffee maker not working, no fruit, no eggs or meat. They did have rolls & waffles & juice. Rest of the place was horrible, Looks like someone had a fight in our room and nothing was fixed.

After staying only a few days at Campbell's inn motel...

After staying only a few days at Campbell's inn motel realized that their weekly rate didn't include breakfast that they force their way into your rooms everyday even if your still asleep to "clean" aka be nosy and then we had an emergency where we lost all our money and needed to leave and they refused a refund of any of the remainder of our trip because they force you to pay cash only for the weekly rate because in their fine print when for w cash you do not get refunded but don't bother to tell you this before you pay ! Was crappy the people that run it are rude and nosy and they con people will never be returning! They left me and my 8 year old daughter stranded w nothing thanks to their conartist weekly rate

We were just passing thru Scottsburg and too tired to continue driving. Saw poor reviews of hotel but decided to take a chance at Red Roof. Only room we could find. Don’t stay here! Small town with friendly people every else we stopped. Even other hotels we checked out that were full. Other travelers at red roof were friendly but also not happy with outside noise and their rooms either. Room was very dirty and smelled. Checked out after waking up sick and coughing from smell after an hour of sleep and discovered black bugs all over the floor. Would come back to Scottsburg but will probably never stay at another Red Roof Inn anywhere after this stay especially without asking to see the room first!

We ask for a non smoking room, which the door said was non smoking. However, acroos the door from us was all smoking and the hotel reaked of smoke, the ac did not work correctly, the girl at check out was very rude to us and the man in front of us, they never answer the phone, there were holes in walls, stains on one of the beds, room was not clean at all. We will NEVER use the hotel again. We were to stay a second night but chose to check out and find a place that was clean. We were charged our full rate plus a $20 fee!!!!!

The GM was completely disgusting and rude to me over booking.com He was not helpful, he clearly doesn’t care about his customers at all. He made me feel like crap and worse when I was already in a bad position. If I was able to get my money back immediately and stay some place else I would have. Do not recommend specifically over the man running this hotel

Clean, quiet hotel/area, friendly staff and updated rooms. They had the best continental breakfast, lots of hot stuff and variety! Very convenient, easy to get in and out of, pet friendly and ponderosa and Cracker Barrel are right next door. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent, recently remodeled place in the nice town of Scottsburg. Very surprised at the cleanliness and comfort. Walls are a little thin but leaving the vent fan on in the bathroom gives good white noise. Slept very well. Breakfast a little sparse, but excellent value.

Check-in was quick. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a nice selection of cold items - cereal, fruit, pastries, and yogurt - more than you would expect from comparable hotels in the same price range.

It was convenient to where I needed to. Easy to find but very poorly marked if I hadn’t known where it was I probably would of missed drive.

What a gem. The outside is dated but the Inside is great. We will definitely stop here when driving through southern Indiana.
