Cozy home, we really enjoyed it, has all the needed amenities if traveling with children. We were all comfortable, never had any issues. Will definitely stay here again in the future if available. Easy access to main road (Rufe Snow Dr). Love the coffee that was provided for us. Please let me know what brand it was! ☕ 😊 Thank you!

I absolutely did not like anything about this hotel.
I absolutely did not like anything about this hotel. It is outdated.Everything should be replaced. The room smelt so bad like someone died in it Is drug deals going around you. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has any class. Most horrible place i've ever looked at had to go somewhere else and stay. Do not stay at this place. It is gorgeous.

Front desk staff was very rude and disrespectful to me as I checked in, she pre judged me by my appearance. As a result she treated me badly, because I prepaid online, I was told it was I refundable. I was also asked to pay a 30$ holding fee on top of the room charges, which were not confirmed on line.

The employees can not communicate and they don't listen.
The employees can not communicate and they don't listen.
The morning lady that answers the phones can not be understood.
As I said I asked her 4-5 times to slow down and speak clearly.
She could not do that. She was offended that I could not understand her.
Her accent was very strong. I was patient and considerate. She was not.
The afternoon/evening young man needs his device taken away from him.
Never got a wake up call that I requested TWICE. This is my second stay here and the exact same things happened. The daytime employee kept texting while I was talking to him. Ridiculous!
This is a problem of training. You or whoever is in charge of training have failed in the simplest basic training. It is easily fixed.
I seriously doubt you will follow up and correct these simple issues.
But, Prove me wrong. Breakfast was awful but, I grab something elsewhere.
BTW, I hate complaining and very rarely ever complain about anything.
FYI, Your employees are just punching a clock. They really don't care.
Koodos... The room was clean.

We went to attend some functions within 3 miles from the hotel and the place was pretty quiet. We din't have a chance to explore the whole area.
With the assistance of the GPS we find the place easy but to learn to travel not on rush hour to avoid using the expressway and the tolls.

I got confused on which hotel I was reviewing, being on a road trip with many different hotels. My earlier review was wrong. This was easily the nicest hotel I've stayed in for a long time. Nicer than many rooms twice the price. It was like a small suite, brand new, elegant, very comfortable bed and pillows. Every detail was thought out. I cannot recommend it highly enough. My apologies for the prior mixup.

Brand new hotel is super clean and modern. You can hang out in the lobby and play foosball or sit in a pod with lighted space have drinks or snacks it's so comfortable then you can go on an outdoor patio near the pool this place is beautiful beds are comfortable on the breakfast is amazing
Extended stay. Friendly staff. Had an issue with a frozen up refrigerator first day and maintenance came right away to figuring out what the issue was. Took a couple days but we were up and running again by the third day. We have a cooler with us so it was not a huge inconvenience.
Ive paid more for worse. The room was clean enough for me needing just a place to sleep but I wouldn’t have brought my family. The walls are super thin but it served its purpose to be a cheap place to sleep for the night.
Had to pay full price because of over booking with hotel for last room they had bit it was just a few dollars more and they didn't have to let me stay.
