The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The common areas are brightly lit and have amazing antique furniture.
The ballroom itself was a very nice venue with its own bar and high ceilings and plenty of room for an event.
The rooms all looked like they were newly renovated and they all had higher end furniture and fittings.

We actually didn't know we booked a hotel that was in Wisconsin at time of booking because we just looked at the distance and the price. We were at Six Flags in Gurnee/Chicago IL. Super fun time! it was so close to the hotel only 15/20 minute drive from where we were and was straight highway driving. We booked dmfir the price and the breakfast. Surprised when saw the room and happy to swim in the heated indoor pool. The price for everything we got was incredible! We were excited to see that we crossed the state line into Wisconsin as we no idea we were so close to Wisconsin. The hotel was easy to find right off the highway!! Next time we come here we will check out everything Wisconsin has to offer! 😊

I love this part of Kenosha, by Lake Michigan.
I love this part of Kenosha, by Lake Michigan. It was beautiful. We didn't go the beach this time but we love to go if we have time. It is just beautiful. There was a concert outside on Wednesday night at Kemper and the piano player was fabulous. It was fun to be right next to Lake Michigan. There is a theatre nearby and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The comedy club is at the Wyndham. There is a nice bar on the back deck at the Wyndham.

Kenosha was very friendly!
Kenosha was very friendly! I loved the beach and the city vibe. The restaurant's were great. There was a little festival that was going on and it was very well put together. The city was clean, friendly and I would definitely go back . Restaurants as awesome. A must is just walk on the pier, it's amazing and peaceful.

We were staying in Kenosha to go skiing in Wilmot.
We were staying in Kenosha to go skiing in Wilmot. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, our ski lessons were cancelled and the resort was closed. Only living a quick 50-minute drive to Chicago, we thought of cutting our trip short but instead decided to stay (since we really like the hotel) and took a ride to Gurnee Mills and shopped for a bit and ate in a local restaurant with terrific food.

This is the first we have ever been to Kenosha and we really enjoyed our time. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Sazzy B's and Breakfast at the infamous Frank's Diner. We took a nice long walk by Lake Michigan and hit up Swede's bar and that was also a treat.
If the Metra transportation was better organized, we could have gotten there earlier and had more time spent at this lovely hotel!
We needed to recharge our batteries physically & emotionally but were robbed of the opportunity to do so for the maximum amount of time due to the horribly scheduling of the trains coming in from Chicago! And the poorly listed travel times & inconsistency provided info made worse by the holiday! This, of course, was not the fault of the hotel company!
Amazing hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooms. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Weekend breakfast was good and the coffee was exceptional. Our family had 4 kings size suites booked and we were all on the first floor very close to each other. The trundle bed under the sofa sleeper came in very handy. The bathroom was amazing!! The lobby was a great place for our family to gather and spend time together. Kids enjoyed the playing cards and using the pool.
Our family stayed for 3 days while in town for a swim meet. The suite style room was what made this hotel stand out. We were able to cook and eat our meals in the kitchenette. It made the stay feel more like home not having to have food in the sleeping area. It also provided a buffer between the sleeping room and the hallway.
"During my week-long stay at this hotel, I truly felt like I was at home. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with excellent service from the front desk staff. The breakfast offered was delicious and varied, providing a great start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, hospitality.
The Decor of the hotel in general was so beautiful its my style 😍.
Stuff was friendly.
Location is very good for whoever visits kenosha for work or leisure .. close to every thing .
There is a tram stop by the hotel it tales you to the beach walk and parks .
Location is fantastic. We can walk to a lot of great restaurants, and I love that you are right on the water. the water room view is amazing and we always make sure to get the room with the water view. We are also only 2 minutes' drive from the beach!
The location and the views were spectacular from our room but that was the only good thing this trip. Back in 2020 this hotel was beautiful and clean, and now is a dirty and moldy hotel. We won't be back here again!
Breakfast was very nice.
Location was a little far from our daily destination, but this was due to the fact that we had not been to Kenosha so had no idea of distance to events. But within walking distance.
The Stella Hotel is truly a gem of Kenosha - nothing about this hotel disappointed, from the greeting by friendly and helpful staff to the cleanliness of our room. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
Nice layout, breakfast area, room & price. We were very happy with this hotel, just everything we needed. We were in Kenosha to attend a funeral & this hotel was very nice.
Very Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very clean. Staff was very professional and friendly. Nice hotel definitely recommend this hotel.
The location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful, and there is not much by the way of noise. The options for eating onsite were good, but we did not partake.
