Overall thought it was going to be okay. Found a broken crack pipe in my room. Then I lifted up the mattress and found another one. Maybe it was a crystal meth pipe I'm not sure. Went down to the pool where there was sand and dirt collecting in the bottom corners. The advertise queen beds if I laid in the middle and put my arms to my side they hang over the edges I'm 6 ft tall. Barely fit on the bed lengthwise as well felt more like doubles. The sink was dirty when I got there. They questioned my reservation, they said I did not have a pet friendly room and tried charging me $50 even after I showed him my email. You wouldn't even give me an opportunity to look at the email like I was an inconvenience checking in. I was the only person there at about 3:30 in the afternoon. Maybe I interrupted his lunch I don't know he was very ornery. When I told the staff at the front desk about the pipe nobody seemed to care. The first person said he'd tell the manager, The second person I thought was the manager was not they said they heard about it and would tell the manager. When I checked out I got the manager and he just did not care. He said he had sent somebody to change our sheets and he had not. I'd really be surprised that they cleaned the room between us and the last person. It appeared clean but maybe all they did was empty the garbage maybe they cleaned the room hard to tell. There's a country inn and suites 3 minutes away I had family members stay there I would recommend that. The breakfast was okay at best. If you like the idea that it says hot food you'll be disappointed it's hot but not good. The best thing on the breakfast buffet area was white toast or an English muffin. Good luck if you stay here.

Chaska is OK if you are near the Arboretum or have a fun destination. The hotel I stayed at, TownSquare Place, left a sour taste in my mouth so it's hard to be objective. There is a fun recreation center in Fireman's Park with curling and a pub that was quite nice. Just stay away from the hotel I was in!!

The location is great! It is on a quiet street in historic Chaska with little shops and a few parks. Parking was always available and the staff very accommodating and friendly. I just needed a place to sleep for one night and I think it was a great value. It has a very casual and simple vibe. It seems like they offer temporary housing for people as many rooms had long term occupants with door mats and pets, but it was not an issue.

The lobby and exterior could use alot of upgrade to make your clients feel welcome. ... and not (like I was) doubtful that I had made a good decision. I also had a gentleman outside tell me to go to the left and ring the phone...so not professional.. The room was surprisingly and thankfully clean and fresh... We did not have time to check out breakfast, Chaska is an interesting city and I'd love to visit again.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, no qualms there. Location is in downtown historic Chaska near a lot of trails and businesses. It's also a stone's throw from a Renaissance Fair. Didn't have time to go, but it looked like fun. The shower was hot, but you get more water pressure from a garden hose.

The hotel was very affordable. This is probably due to the extended stay rules and the fact that there is still major construction in the area and hotel.

The only thing I liked was that there was a river with a walking trail next to the hotel. I didn't like anything else!
