I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nice. We had a great view of the strip in Pigeon Forge and every room was accommodated with outside chairs for you to sit on the shared balconies and enjoy the scenery.

Honestly, there wasn’t a whole lot that was likable. The outside of the hotel almost had an abandoned feel with extreme overgrown weeds and untended landscaping. The paint was gone in several places and was so terrible looking that we almost left before check in. We decided to try it and thankfully the inside wasn’t as bad as the outside. While the rooms were outdated and poorly maintained with the crude patch jobs, I will say it was clean. We didn’t have soaps in the room and used what we brought, but other than that it was okay for a one night stay. I’ll leave you with the review of the continental breakfast, by saying that this is continental meal best avoided. The sausage was a shade of navy yard gray and the other options resembled a snack from a local nursing home visit event with broken white donuts and muffins that had plastic wrap attached to portions of the muffin top. It was just a pitiful location, but it was clean.
