Veronica and Treniece were very welcoming...Calling location prior my arrival Veronica's friendly customer service was so welcoming it made me look for her upon arrival. Treniece made me feel everyone at this location was personable... Everyday the breakfast was different and delicious..

They did not clean room first day. They said I had to ask a day before for them to clean. Nasty and rude clerk on check in and check out. Do not stay here. I got there and they told me the water will be shut off the next day from 0930 to 1630. No warning. Asked for some compensation and they said it will be given when I check out. When I checked out they said they never shut the water off so then I was not entitled to the 15% off they were going to give me. I called the India clerk a liar. In general, it does not match up to the standards of the hotels that I usually stay at. Lamps didn/t work. Receptacles were worn to the point that phone chargers would not stay plugged in. Water would not drain sufficiently from the bathroom sink. Stay was for 7 days. One roll of toilet paper was provided only. It goes on and on.McGee

I really liked that I could watch my Netflix on the tv. It was not often the case in the hotels I stayed in and I always end up watching my IPad or my phone with a big tv turned off in front of me.
