RTD trains and buses are amazing and very affordable on a day ticket, for someone without own transport. Really great to be able to get to town from the airport for only $10. The 16th Street free mall ride also helps a lot.
I found Uber very expensive, which is a pity. It was quite a mission to get to the Denver Premium Outlets without own transport.
Had the opportunity to attend a game at Coors field - nice experience.
I booked some day trips with a local operator that got cancelled over the weekend - pity.

The Denver airport is the size of a city.
The Denver airport is the size of a city. It’s very difficult to get from one place to another. Not traveler friendly
There are not enough signs to direct you to check in , security offers two places to choose from . But is not on your boarding ticket
South west flight arrived too late for my connection.
They booked me the next morning. They refused to let me check a 50lb bag refused 3 times to help me find a hotel? I was left on my own. 3 agents said they did not
Know of hotels. BUT later discovered there’s a Westin at the airport I stayed there.i am 75. And Southwest left me to sleep in a chair at their counter with my bag
There were No electric in sight to charge my phone.

I had heard about Denver for so long, and was so excited to go. We did take one day-trip out for hiking ( trail, which I highly recommend) but Denver overall was a big disappointment. The smell of marijuana everywhere. So much traffic - travel time between locations was unpredictable. Downtown was scary!

There is a ton to do.
There is a ton to do. While 16th Street is really torn-up with construction, there is still a vibrance in Downtown that was really enjoyable. Sure, there are a few houseless individuals, as with most larger cities, but the area from the stadium to the Civic Center seemed safe enough for the thoughtful traveler.

Hotel hell. Do not stay here!!
Hotel hell. Do not stay here!! Our first room had shattered window. The second room someone was in there already. Couldn't check in till after 9pm because the office was closed for a break. The third room was filthy. The kitchen stove was sitting on the counter because it didn't fit in the space with live wires. Holes in the walls. People pee in the hallways and corridor walls. Smelled so bad. The ma nager went and changed our reservation to check out 3 days early so they could get the deposit I paid for..adding extra 100 dollars. Got it resolved but the keys were disconnected and we were locked out for 2 days. Office was never open during this time to get new keys. We had to break in. A man overdosed on Fentanyl and died. Cops there all the time. Multiple times a day. Prostitution active. Laundry room was covered in glass. Horrid experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
The live Jazz band is highlight of the hotel, being able to hear them in the spacious building provided great acoustics. Location of the hotel is also one of the best with everything within walking distance, ended up staying an extra night due to how comfortable and inviting the space felt. Room service food was 10/10, didn’t get a chance to eat at the other restaurant they had sadly but i will recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the denver area & plan on booking for all my future trips.
Absolutely beautiful! There are Allen Tupper True murals all over as this was the old Bank of Colorado. He was a great western artist…..staff was great and the room was wonderful and comfortable. They have valet parking. There was also a parking garage next door for $27 a day which is pretty affordable for downtown….park and use the free 16th street buses to get almost anywhere. I will be back.
It is a modern hotel in te developing hotel precinct for Denver Airport. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable with an excellent breakfast included. It was opposite a restaurant strip, so several good dinner options within a short walk. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a free shuttlle bus to/from the terminal - it's further than you think.
I stayed in a double-bed room. It was big enough for one person, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities in the room (tv, sink, etc.) were good. I appreciated that a cleaning service was offered for free to clean the room, and more than once. The hostel is not located in the city centre, but it takes no more than a 15min walk to reach downtown Denver.
We were let down with different hotel so it was very last minute. Breakfast looked unappetising so we gave it a miss. It was fine for one night and would stay again for quick overnight. However, big shout out to the shuttle service. Frequent and helpful. Driver told us to use it to get in and out of Denver via the airport. It was a fantastic service.
Ideal for a quick stop near airport and very close to the railway station with easy access to downtown. Roughly 25 mins to Union Station on the train.
Breakfast was fine with variety, staff were really helpful and accommodating, Starbucks and bar/restaurant available downstairs
Not much else in local area but tha at least meant it was quiet.
The breakfast is good and the overall experience in the hotel is nice, staff is friendly, the location is really great, lots of dining options nearby and right next to the 16th street mall which is a must if you're ever in downtown Denver. Beds are comfortable, gym is well equipped. The room's layout was very comfortable and spacious.
Rooms are great and comfortable. Very close to Downtown Denver by foot. Friendly neighbourhood.
Breakfast was good, different choices and it had some variation between days.
Staff was always helpful and was patient enough to address queries.
Beautiful and unique boutique hotel on the heart of Denver. Very close to the union station and multitude of restaurants. Loved the decor in the rooms and the hotel. View of downtown at night is stunning. The toiletries smell amazing.
Hotel was nice overall and location very central, walking distance to Downtown Denver. Receptionists were friendly and understanding. Parking is a little overpriced but convenient since it is hard to find parking in the area.
Beautiful hotel, with a nice bar, great fitness center, and friendly staff. Parking is available all around the hotel, which makes it much easier and cheaper to park than at most other hotels in downtown Denver.
Room clean and a good size. Bathroom too.
View from hotel amazing.
Close to a very nice shopping mall and not too far from downtown. Chose this locale because more reasonable.
Staff friendly
Nice modern hotel near the airport. Denver traffic is very heavy throughout the day so it takes time to get to the hotel. I went downtown in mid-morning and it took 45 minutes from the hotel.
Solid, centrally located upper mid-range hotel in Downtown Denver, 10 minute walk from Union Station with train access to airport. Comfortable beds, very clean, and very reliable wifi.
Everyone was super nice and we felt so welcomed and cared for after an exhausting week in downtown Denver at a conference hotel that didn't quite fit our needs there.
This hotel offered the best value in downtown Denver a couple of minutes walking distance to the Colorado Convention center and the main shopping street.
I love the fact there is a balcony with a view of the mountains and downtown Denver. That is the reason I booked this hotel for a second year in a row.
