She greeted everyone coming in & going out but she didn’t greet my family and she had an attitude when my husband went to pay! Everyone else seemed nice. Had to stay in a smoking room due to a mistake by Booking.com when making the reservation. Bed mattresses were blood stained. Room was not clean at all. Even a smoking room needs cleaned properly. Tub was so nasty we decided to bathe when we got home. Toilet seat was about to fall off. We only stayed because a concert in town had all the other hotel rooms booked.
