This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living area, and a balcony with gorgeous views. Great restaurants, fishing, and shopping are very close. This is a very family friendly property. There are many amenities on the property. The master bedroom is tiled and has a king sized bed in it along with a large flat screen television and an attached master bathroom with a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom is tiled and has a king bed along with a flat screen television and an attached bathroom with combination bathtub and shower. The kitchen, bathrooms, and public areas are tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops.

This newly renovated condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico just West of the Perdido Pass Bridge. It has the best views of the Gulf of Mexico! The Wharf is just minutes away along with great restaurants and shopping! This unit is in a great location on the 9th floor at Phoenix VI. It has a great view of the beach to keep an eye on the family and friends. It doesn't get any better than being on the beach! Location, Location, Location!!!
