United StatesWe normally have a great experience here, and have stayed here many many times over the years when visiting the area.
The value is always excellent for what you get. Rooms have always been clean, and the front desk staff is always friendly. I will be sure to check that there is a security latch in the future so that housekeeping is not able to walk in unannounced before checkout time or at least make sure we are fully dressed by 9 if not.

Property under construction.
Property under construction. Very unprofessional contractor. Property was trashy, driveway full of nails... inside lobby completely empty and bare, very dusty. Rooms were finished and comfortable. It is highly unlikely that this facility was granted a "Certificate of Occupancy" or passed the inspections required to open to the public. My wife and i decided to seek another hotel, knowing that we risked losing our prepaid reservation. The room was cool on entering. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Room clean and smelled clean. Last but not least, it was obvious the floors had been cleaned. No sand or dirty feet.
