When I booked I was told that breakfast was included. But there was no such breakfast, there was only coffee. The air conditioning in the room did not cool well. The sheets in the room had to be changed because they were dirty.

I did like the hotel, but it would be in the customer's best interest if they put cameras in the parking lot, someone hit my car it had a dent & multiple scratches that actually ruined my weekend. ,

Beautiful, upscale, safe town.
Beautiful, upscale, safe town. Half an hour from the airport (RSW). Amazing beaches with easy public access. Great dining options. Not a party scene for the youngsters, which helps preserve the tranquility of the place.

My goal with this was to visit the Naples Zoo.
My goal with this was to visit the Naples Zoo. Specifically the new Orangutan habitat. The Naples Zoo was such a great place to visit. Their staff and volunteers were very knowledgeable and willing to share their information. The visibility of the animals in their habitat was excellent.
The Zoo is pristine in appearance and a wonderful place to explore and learn about the wonderful animals that we share this planet with.
The Zoo grounds were a former Botanical Garden so the vegetation was spectacular. The horticultural staff is doing a great job of maintaining the grounds. Driving directions to the Zoo were well-marked. The free parking at the Zoo was appreciated. I found the restaurants in the area to be a little expensive. There were the usual fast-food outlets available for the cost-conscious traveler.

There is SO much to do in Naples! Something for everyone!
There is SO much to do in Naples! Something for everyone! Really great shopping, food, beaches! It’s also a family friendly place for spring break. Quiet, quaint, and not much party atmosphere happening at all. The Fish House is a must, Gelato and shopping on Fifth Avenue, catch a sunset cruise, find sharks teeth and shells on the beaches!

Being a naples native it is a beautiful city, the traffic Is very heavy, prepare to leave at least 40 minutes prior to your planned time to get to your destination, and plan to leave your destination 40 minutes prior to the next destination/ hotel. Research places to go/ things to do and cost at least a year before you plan your trip, if you book anything do so at least 3 months ahead for non seasonal and at least 6 months to 1 year before the trip during the seasonal times. During seasonal months prices go up higher than non seasonal times. Plan for expected deposits in hotels (anywhere from $100-500 some refundable, some non refundable). Best hotel locations are along 41 south ( closer to the mall, beaches, and restaurants close by to 5th Ave and the pier) 5th Ave has fine dining, high end stores similar to rodeo drive in LA.

Naples is a lovely place.
Naples is a lovely place. The beach is lovely and it is a good place to explore South West Florida and the Everglades from. The restaurants are good. The parking and driving generally are pretty terrible.
Super comfortable and clean rooms, slept like a baby when I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels. Lovely patio outside the room with seating, jacuzzi, and a pretty view of the front yard and its birds and trees. The owner is very nice and you can tell she cares. It is a bit far from downtown Naples (30 min) but if you don’t mind that too much this is by far a better accommodation and value than surrounding hotels for even twice the price.
The hotel is under construction still due to Hurricane damage. The rooms look new, renovated, lots of amenities (such as a kitchenette) and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had a beautiful view from my balcony of the water and boats. It would've been a nice place to stay if I had more time to enjoy Naples, and it is very close to downtown which was convenient to find coffee and breakfast for the morning.
Excellent villa in a quiet, up market residential area with everything you could wish for for a comfortable luxury stay.
Large comfortable bedrooms and beds, comfortable lounge and dining rooms. The kitchen has a great sit up bar for pre dinner drinks.
Good location for access to Naples and the surrounding areas.
There is nothing that the owner hasn't thought of and provided in this simply superb villa.
Great location, able to walk to the main street for shopping and restaurants. Lovely pool area, smallish but serves its purpose as a short swim, or place to relax after a day out. Room is not overly modern but like the hotel itself demonstrates old Naples charm perfectly. Large enough with everything needed including a fridge, shower and bath facilities.
This was a perfectly fine hotel. The staff was kind and accommodating to my requests. The location was convenient, if you're just passing through Naples on the way to somewhere else. There is a convenience store and a few decent restaurants within walking distance, which is all you really need for an overnight stay.
Comfortable room and very clean. It was actually a very lovely property with gardens .set in a gracious Naples neighborhood. It was older and not a typical big hotel. The kind of place you would want to stay for several days. Bed was comfortable.
Had the best time in Naples for our 40th wedding anniversary and my 70th birthday. The hotel was lovely! The Front Desk Clerk sang happy birthday to me. We'll definitely be back and will be sure to highly recommend the Trianon to others.
This is one of the best hotels in Naples, Fl. The "Old Florida" charm of the entire property is unique, private and beautiful grounds. It has a wonderful relaxing atmosphere that cannot be found anywhere else in Naples. Absolutely love it!
All the staff were nice and helpful, the breakfast food was tasty and of a higher quality than usual, the food in the bar/restaurant was good and the hotel is relatively new and well located for Downtown Naples and Tin City.
Location was awesome. Saw dolphins and a manatee from our balcony. Easy walk to beach near to Naples Pier. Even shorter walk to fantastic restaurants and shops. We particularly liked Tommy Bahamas bar and restaurant.
Location was very close to the Paradise Coast Sports Complex and other amenities. Cheaper than other hotels in Naples. Pleasant and helpful front desk staff. We were able to secure a late checkout.
We bring our bicycles and it's a great location to use as a hub to all of Naples. Not a five star hotel, but it's certainly not a roach motel. Breakfast is included, which is a plus.
Spectacular sandy beach and very clean hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous but not pushy. 5-7 minute drive to all of Naples (with a free shuttle down town too).
We enjoyed the fruit-infused water available in the lobby all day. The hotel is easy to get to as you enter Naples from the highway. The facilities were clean.
