The front desk person said he didn't receive my reservation through booking.com and refused to give me a room. I had to go stay at a different motel. Please issue a refund.

Parking was close to the room, easy access from the freeway and to breakfast in the morning. Staff was amazing, night and day shifts.

The property was clean, spacious and in a good location. Check-in with Pam at the front desk was easy and she was very helpful in giving us all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with selections offered and the staff asking if we had everything we needed...great job BW!

The bed and pillows were absolutely amazing. If you ever want to share the make and model of the mattress that would make us grateful.

I did like the breakfast. They had a nice selection to choose from . The facilities were clean , and the staff was very friendly. I also liked the king Bed , very big , lots of pillows , and just comfy all around .
