The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. Excellent location, magnificent rooms, clean and pleasant. But I especially want to mention the hotel staff. Everyone is incredibly polite and pleasant, making you feel at home. Even if any problem arises, they solve it instantly in the best possible way. I stayed there twice and didn’t want to leave each time.

The Aira was easily the best hotel we stayed at during our travels in Vietnam! The staff could not do more for you. They were outstanding start to finish.
Our room was very nice, super clean & very comfy bed.
The hotel receptionist Suzy made our stay, after welcoming us to the hotel and walking us through the introductory pack. She informed that there were a number of trips avaliable that we could book through the hotel.
We were interested in the Ha Long Bay trip. Suzy took us through our different options and once we decided she handled everything for us. Our Ha Long Bay trip was above expectations so a big thank you to Suzy for her help there!
The Aira is also in the perfect location, just on the outskrits of the Old Quarter and a 2 min walk from train street.
We also had a lovely drink in the hotels sky bar where you can catch the sunset!

The hotel is located right in the middle of the Old Quarter, so wherever you want to go it feels close, at most 1.5 km (Hoa Lo Prison), the service is also good, thank you to the friendly staff ( Jimmy, Sulli,…). Jimmy was very kind and booked a food tour for us, the tour guide was great. In total we stayed for 5 nights. The staff is friendly even though the breakfast is standard, for the service we give 5 stars, the location is 5 stars, the AC is cold, the rooms are spacious, even though you have to climb stairs to get to the lift, but all of that is paid off with the plus points, when visiting Hanoi again, we will stay at this hotel again.

Clean and spacious room. The facilities such as the gym, jacuzzi and the pool were all very good and updated. Buffet breakfast was amazing, so many options and the taste was scrumptious. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, putting in a lot of efforts to accommodate our requests.
