This hotel is a real gem! I was staying here with my wife for a couple of nights in one of the spacious rooms. The rooms were well equipped and always clean. The breakfast was tasty and always served with fresh fruit! The hotel is a bit off of Hoi An, which for us was a good thing as the town can be very busy and noisy at times and the hotel really is a retreat. You can take bikes to the beach for free if you feel like going for a ride,it's about 25 minutes. To the town as well. Taxis always found their way there too without trouble. And the best part about the En Retreat is the people who work here. All of them did their very best at any time and were genuinely friendly.

Just wow! Lovely team, well organised, wonderful food, good drinks and in less then 10 minutes by bicycle you’re back in the middle of Hoi an. It’s an oasis! Love it.

The coziest savviest hotel there ever was. We loved it. The staff was lovely and very helpful with navigating Hoi An. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. The spa was heavenly. We got the most perfect massages.

Good location. Great, helpful staff. The pool is awesome! And bathtub is an extra bonus. The staff - Linh and Tuyet (and a maid) are going extra miles to make your stay comfortable. I didn't see a lot of staff so I assume that they are very hard working. Bycicle for free don't expect for racing.

Fantastic location a short walk to the old quarter but in a quiet alley. Rooms were spacious and clean. Couldn't speak highly enough about the staff so helpful! Would highly recommend :)

Staff members especially Min and Helen were super nice, helpful,and always willing to help out with any questions or concerns. We want to thanks them millions time for make our vacation super special. Hotel also provided free tour for us to walk around the city with the guide name Bao. As us personally we are also the tour guide. We felt that Bao is one of the best guide we have ever known. His love for the people and city of Hoi An is shown in this eyes. His tour makes us really appreciate his city and want to be there again. If the managers of the hotel see this review, I want to tell them that you are so lucky to have the staff like them in your company. They are the best people in Vietnam that I ever met and have your hotel so special among hundreds of thousands more.
