    Ushaka Marine World is a must!

    Ushaka Marine World is a must! The marine life is up so close to you and spectacular and waterslides so much fun, The beaches are the best for swimming. Love the strolls and restaurants on the promenade - feels like I'm in Florida :)

    I'm abit biased having grown up in durban and then leaving durban. Very pleasant standard weather all year around. No real winter to be honest. Everything is a stone throw away. Very cheap to move and get around. Ranked as one of the best places to live in terms of quality of living index. Extremely friendly locals - easy to make conversations. Very diverse in terms of religious/cultural practices. People are proud to adorn themselves with their cultural clothing.

    It was on our way from a conference in PMB.

    It was on our way from a conference in PMB. We decided to book some place online and boy! It was not what we expected. Thank goodness for Booking.com we immediately searched and realised we could go to Garden Court South Beach. It was seamless and the overall experience in Durban was phenomenal. Too short. I plan to go back with my family especially to have a full experience at Ushaka Marine world. We used Uber to go around easily. The hotel has a Spur downstairs which made it easier for us.

    I liked the beaches and the hotel where I stayed

    I liked the beaches and the hotel where I stayed The beaches were not crowded. I liked the cleanliness of the beaches and and the availability of the police,I like safety as an elderly person. My favorite place is the beach We ate at Wimpy,that's where we could afford It is easy to get around as there are busses and taxis
