Famed for its glamorous casinos, celebrity visitors and endless streams of entertainment, Las Vegas buzzes with activity 24/7. Located in the heart of the Nevada desert, this city is called the Entertainment Capital of the World for a reason.

You can stroll down Fremont Street in old Las Vegas like a member of the Rat Pack or act like a modern high-roller at Caesar’s Palace. Prepare for a long night as the neon lights of clubs and casinos will tempt you to sink into the world of gambling and music.

Las Vegas is renowned of its fine dining, great shopping and live performances of famous artists and comedians. Right from the moment you leave McCarran International Airport you can try your luck at a slot machine, but you might want to wait until you get to the Las Vegas strip and the dozens of larger than life casinos.

When you’re ready for a break from the bustle of the city, visit the nearby Hoover Dam with the largest man-made lake, Lake Mead. The Paiute Indian Reservation in Vegas’ downtown area offers something a bit more spiritual.

Always so much to see in Las Vegas!

Always so much to see in Las Vegas! I would recommend enjoying a meal at Border Grill in the Mandalay Bay! Fantastic food! Then afterwards, check out the Shark Reef attraction a few steps away! For a unique experience book a night view of the strip with one of the helicopter companies! A short but unforgettable experience that is also affordable entertainment for the whole family!

I have gone for years with young kids, as a couple and now as a girl trip. I do not drink or gamble and always have a great time. There is something for all ages and types of groups. There are tons of free activities like walking through all the casinos for their themed experiences and the fountains, shows for young kids all the way through to adult only, unique museums like Titanic and Meow Wolf, amusement park in Circus Circus, etc. There is even some great hiking within about 40 minutes of the strip.

I am in the investment business and I come every 3 or 4 months to do work there in Vegas. It is the first time I have stayed at the Sahara Las Vegas. I plan to be back in October and will book very soon probably 8 or 9 days at the Sahara for my return. I liked the Casbar and the Italian restaurant too. Very nice places and good food and drink. The bartenders at the Casbar were terrific. Both the lady and men bartenders gave me good ideas when I asked questions. It was Dustin at the Casbar who referred me to Extreme Meat and that was fantastic. Soon you folks in October and hope that the wait to check in is not another 45 minutes.

The show Postcard from Earth, at the Sphere while very expensive, was by far the best I have seen...So realistic and better than being in the places shown. As for the Strip and casinos Mid week the best, very crowded Fri-Sun and more expensive.

Budget hotel in the outskirts of Las Vegas with adjacent casino. Price was OK for Vegas, especially when booked on short notice. Rooms look better inside than what one may expect seeing the outside of the hotel or the corridors. Driving to the Strip or airport is easy (< 20 min) though. People are the front desk were correct. You can often get something on the Strip for similar prices if booked early, I would recommend this only as the last option.

Hotel is not directly located on the strip, meaning it is quieter. It is though near the Wetstgate monorail station with easy access to the hotels and casinos on the Las Vegas boulevard. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Large parking garage available right next to the hotel. Snacks and refreshments are available to buy at the first floor.

The room was great but a little basic. But value for money. Why don't you do vouchers for meal deals in restaurants and bars in your complex. More information boards in or near lifts and maps to show where restaurants and bars are would be great.
