Hotel Al Paradise, hotel in San Vito lo Capo

Hotel Al Paradise is in San Vito Lo Capo city center, 2297 feet from a private sandy beach. It offers air-conditioned rooms and apartments.

Great location, nice and clean room. Receptionist explained to us everything and showed us good places in the area we can go to. On top of that we had a discount at a private beach because we were staying at this particular hotel. As well, it is located right near emergency clinic. So if anything happens (god forbid), you get helped fast :))

Hotel Riva Del Sole, hotel in San Vito lo Capo

Just 197 feet from its free private beach in San Vito lo Capo, the Riva Del Sole is a family-run 3-star hotel with reception, breakfast room, and living room with TV and an internet point.

Patrizia (staff member) really took care of me from the very onset. I don’t speak the Sicilian dialect but she spoke English. My room wasn’t available when I got there but she recognized that I wanted to get to the beach so she gave me a cup of coffee, gave me a place to change clothes, a place to store my stuff while I was away, and a towel and beach chair ready to go. I returned to my room being ready and my stuff all moved in. The room was decent sized but it was all I needed. The bathrooms were clean. Mattress could use a replacement but overall not terrible. The breakfast set up was exactly what I needed, coffee, fruit, meats & cheeses, and some sweets. Patrizia made me an espresso while I waited for my car to return from the valet parking. I have to say, aside from the beach set up, Patrizia really made the trip to San Vito Lo Capo and this B&B worthwhile.

Hotel Biancolilla, hotel in San Vito lo Capo

Set 558 feet from the sandy beaches in San Vito Lo Capo, Hotel Biancolilla offers a sun terrace, bar and classic-style accommodations with air conditioning. Free WiFi is available throughout.

This place is great. The location is perfect, just metres from the beach and all the cafes and restaurants. Everything is clean, the family who run the hotel are kind and helpful beyond the call of duty - really it is just perfect. The building is a large San Vito house (it had been in their family for years) that has been carefully converted into a comfortable and modern hotel. We had a room on the ground floor; bed was comfortable, bathroom lovely, we were given beach towels, aircon worked - no complaints about anything. Breakfast is delicious including fresh fruit (ripe figs picked a few hours before breakfast from Mario's own trees), great pastries (fresh cornetto, croissants etc) and pane cunzato, which is the famous San Vito sandwich - a great, local delicacy. And they serve up a great cappuccino and tea. So everything lovely. We don't speak much Italian and were beyond grateful that Francesco has perfect English so when our flight was delayed by 2 hours we could email the hotel and he liaised with the local taxi company and pretty much saved our bacon. That is first-class service. What else...security is good as there's always someone on the front-desk and Mario recommended some very good local restaurants - we loved Le Cambusa (really elegant cookng) and L'Amuri (innovative, delicious, hip). Would definitely come back. Beach is beautiful here, we visisted in June - and if you want a quiet section of beach, just walk to the very end (on the right, past Peppi's Centre) and it all gets super tranquil.

We flew into Palermo , ( and in April with fewer tourists) and had 10 days in Sicily, so it was a great starting place, in the west , but having driven all the way through to the east , along south east coastal roads , mainly to see Catania, Syracuse , Taormina , Cefalu, it was a long way . Messina was big city and not very interesting

We went to San Vito specifically for the Cous Cous festival. It’s less crowded in late September and the weather is still good. We’ve also visited at Easter time. Don’t expect a beach holiday in April, just relaxation by the seaside. I would suggest eating at Cric e Croc restaurant and of course, eat seafood Cous Cous.

San Vito Lo Capo is a lovely town situated at the end of a peninsula on the other western side of Sicily, about an hour and a quarter from Palermo Airport. There is a fantastic beach to enjoy during the day and an ample array of local shops, restaurants, bars and local eateries. I glad to say the are no multi national fast food outlets at all. You can park on street at a cost and for those requiring long stay facilities there are car parks... they're not overly expensive, but they are secure and convenient. We will return another day for sure!

The most beautiful beach in Sicily - clean turquoise warm water. But to many people, toilets on the beach fo 1 euro, showers for 3 euro! The restaurants are mediocre and overpriced. If you eat in the cheaper ones you pay a lot for "coperto" - the price is written nowhere in the menu. So wherever you eat you pay the same. Touristy place. No night life. Family and kids place. I liked the chess tournament they had.

Little historic town with beautiful church the view was amazing with clouds gliding through the mountains in the morning. With the amount of restaurants you could choose virtually anything to eat. Exceptional local kitchen, plenty of sunshine and most beautiful beach makes this place special. You can even climb up the mountain and the view is gorgeous. Make sure you don’t wear flip flops like me ;)

Samira was our most favourite hotel during our three-week Sicily tour. The room was very spacious and clean, and we even had access to the hotel's private garden and our own terrace. Our host Gaspare was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other things to see. The breakfast buffet was terrific, and the provided selection of sweet things (for example great croissants) and non-sweet things (e.g. pizza or bread with cheese and anchovies) was amazing. We would immediately go back there!

The views are amazing and the staff are very helpful and responsive when contacted before arrival. We booked a very late flight to Palermo so we couldn’t rent a car until the next day, and we were allowed to swap our booking that evening for a room in a partner hotel in Palermo which was really helpful. The spa and relaxation zone at Baglio La Porta is also very good, as is the swimming pool set in beautiful landscaped gardens.
