Everything was nice, apartment is very clean, light, well equiped and it has great location, 10mins walk to fig tree beach. Host reacted quickly when we asked them to fix a jack for hair dryer.

Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle of Ayia Napa. Fairly quiet, but lots of excellent bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. They seem to be upgrading Kapparis, its looking quite good. A few of the "ex pat" bars are gone or been taken over by locals. These I have to say are a vast improvement. As a side note, I booked using booking.com, but was directed to "Stay". I was in contact with them a few times whilst there, I think they are based in Nicosia, they were excellent, easily contactable.RayUnited Kingdom - 6.0Scored 6.0
People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least...
People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least pedestrian-friendly city I have ever visited. NOBODY walks in Paralimni. NOBODY. The streets are designed to deter anyone from walking too: there are no tree-lined streets to provide shade from the sun, no benches and, worst of all, no commitment to PAVEMENTS. If you're not a driver in Paralimni, don't stay there longer than a week. Other than that, the food is amazing and the drinks in cafés are the best I've ever had.Dragon - 10Scored 10

Close to the facilities of Ayia Nappa and Protaras, but much more peaceful. It has 3 beaches and lots of great restaurants. Enough for a couple with a baby to see and do without needing to go elsewhere, but if you want to, It’s a 10 min drive to Nappa and Protaras.

Nice cosy 1 bedroom apartment. Spacious enough, with nice kitchenette, with stove, oven, microwave and spacious fridge. Very clean apartment. Had 2 sofas which turned into beds in the living room, and 2 connected single beds in the bedroom. It is located in a residential area, and definitely need a car to go to the beach, which if you have a car everything is quite near. The complex has no swimming pool onsite, but who needs a swimming pool as the brilliant beaches are just around the corner!

I recommend Paralimni. It’s a very nice area. There are very nice sandy beaches and lovely restaurants serving local food. The only thing I do not recommend in Paralimni is BLUE ELECTRA COMPLEX. They destroy our holidays, as there was no water in the apartment. We couldn’t use the bathroom and the toilet.

There's a washing machine so there's no need to pack a huge amount of clothes for the little ones. The building is noticeably quiet and the surrounding area as well -for the most part, especially compared to the rest of Protaras/Paralimni area. Lots of amenities nearby, we had a car but most of them are also accessible on foot. A bus stop is within walking distance as well. We will, hopefully, book next year as well.

The location is really convenient for me as I like to use the buses and there's a bus stop close by that can take you to Larnaca, Paralimni, Protaras, and Agia Napa. There is a small pen next to the house where the poultry live, great to hear them sing in the morning! Also you will always have nice cats on your patio, Cyprus is a country of cats, there are even more cats than people :)ArtemCyprus

The apartment was clean and in a very good condition (actually almost new), in a rather quiet area of Paralimni. The neighbors were quiet during our stay, no bothering noises. The closest shop (actually huge hypermarket) 3 minutes by car and beaches/restaurants of Pernera and Protaras region only 8-10 minutes by car, so quite close.ecsatthSwitzerland

It had everything we needed and the local Bakery had fabulous cakes and coffee ( just like Australian coffee 😀) all the local restaurants that were recommended by the owners were great too.
