The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a nice large room on the 6th floor with comfortable beds and plenty of blankets. The room was lovely and warm, once we had worked out how to operate the gas fire, and it was good to have a fridge in the room. The WiFi was great for most of our visit, but it was poor on the final day for some reason. Breakfast was fine on day 1, but there was very little choice on day 2.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom

The breakfast was nice and restaurant staff were friendly and eager to please. The hotel has a weird design with 2 lifts each accessing different floors. There isn’t enough air flow with just 2 small windows and no fan or air con. It was stuffy and stifling to try and sleep. Parking was secure.
