The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The building is amazing, and the second floor lounge is a great place to hang out. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the plaza in front of the hotel. And they had free wine there every evening. The parking is secure. San cristobal hill and park is a block away for walking and riding the funicular. The Pablo Nerudo house and a Pablo Nerudo themed restaurant (which is amazing) is also a block away. Chilean Breakfast was also really good.

Comfortable, clean rooms with all the amenities needed for my stay. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent location (it is on the side street of the other side of the city), just a short walk from shops, great restaurants and cafes, and public transport. Would definitely recommend and stay if you are on the budget!
