first room had no heat, it was a cold rainy day. second room offered was dirty, sheets had pieces of dirt as is someone had their feet on the sheets, spider webs on heater. we left and the manager said we might not get our money back.

I wish I was able to stay longer because the bed and shower was lovely. For most, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, and even for myself but in other locations! There was nothing wrong with the location of this Aloft, which was very quiet. Even with it being pet friendly! The staff was super nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!
