So much to like. To begin, the location was outstanding with an overlook of the mountains and Western Carolina University. The inside of the suite was spacious and interestingly unique, with so much attention to detail and to what hospitality should be. Finally, the host is very kind and accommodating.

We just stayed one night as a stop-over after a long drive during our 2 week Road Trip.
Very clean and welcoming reception and foyer with 24-hour coffee and water available, all the staff were polite and helpful, and there was a lovely-looking swimming pool but unfortunately, we didn't get the opportunity to use it :(
The room was very clean with comfortable beds and we enjoyed a perfect night's sleep.
The choice of breakfast (both hot and cold) was great and certainly set us up for our day ahead.

They welcomed everybody.
They welcomed everybody. While we were there about five motorcycles showed up and they let them park under the carport to keep them out of the rain. I really liked that because my husband and I have been riding motorcycles for over 50 years and it's great to see a motel that welcomes bikers. The coffee machine was available the whole time we were there. They even had a firepit and outside seating by the river. It was great and relaxing. Even my husband said it was better than Harrah's and not so exspensive. We're thinking of going back with our grown children. The FREE breakfast was great. We also liked the ice cream and snacks you had in the lobby. Beer and wine too. We'll be back. The only thing is we have dogs and you don't allow dogs.

Nice little town, lots of shops, breweries, and restaurants; obviously an outdoorsy region due to the local outfitters and suppliers, again due to the Smoky Mtn National Park nearby; we loved the BBQ Smokehouse, and Huddle House is great for breakfast.

Dillsboro is a small town that thrives around tourism. Its main draw is the Great Smokey Mountain Railway train excursions. It's a great stop, but not a destination. You can see the entire town in about an hour on foot. Beautiful scenery.

The towns of Sylvia and Dillsboro are quaint and the surrounding areas are picturesque. Merchants are friendly and happy to assist. Restaurants are few but the ones available are unique with great staff and food.
Hotel accommodations are limited and the one we stayed in (Best Western on the River in Dillsboro)seems to be relying upon its past reputation. Of course, the pandemic could be the reason staff is reticent to amend situations such as shades missing on lamps, TV not working, and basic grooming supplies missing. We were moved after one night’s stay and the room we were given was very comfortable. This experience really put a damper on our visit. We still have not received an apology from the management or company. An apology would have been appreciated and appropriate.

Great food, great scenery, just a great place to relax see some of the most beautiful country around. The Haywood Smokehouse is a great BBQ place to eat, the service was exceptional as well as the food was true Texas Style BBQ. RnR is a great Bar/Dinner - the breakfast food was exceptional and the staff treated us like we were regulars. If you are in a vehicle that you can take offroad, then take a drive up Dicks Creak Rd until the pavement ends, then keep going, it is some of the most relaxing scenery that you will ever interact with.
been visiting Dillsboro for 20 plus years. River Escape Best Western is my favorite place to stay. My family and friends have visited Dillsboro and stayed at your location. The river setting is spectacular. Please don't change anything. I will return.
See ya soon. Now that I've just retired. The trout fishing is awesome.

The location is right where we needed to be for nearby training in Dillsboro. The complimentary breakfast was not basic. The oatmeal and cinnamon rolls were good, and the bananas were perfect, not too ripe! I also live having the convenience of a minifridge and microwave for late night meals and snacks.
Location is perfect. Half way between Bryson city and Waynesville.. Entrance to Blue Ridge Parkway a few miles up the road. Dillsboro is about a mile away for food. But what I loved was the window that looked out on the hills and the autumn leaves!
This is one of the best well kept hotels I’ve came across in a while, especially without having to pay an arm & leg. Extra hot water, comfy bed & pillows & the living area is spacious. Pet friendly as well!
The staff was super nice and the room was clean. The breakfast was hot and awesome. It was college graduation weekend for WCU and the hotel even have some free refreshments for guests.
The location was beautiful! The breakfast provided a good variety of healthy choices to start each day. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful.
