Hotel is Super quiet and clean. Room was very clean no issues at all. Grounds kept very nice. Pool area is big and spa is also big can hold 24 people. Hotel was booked and rarely saw anyone else very quiet had no issues at all.

Property was beautiful. Staff was extremely nice and very efficient. We had a late arrival and our door lock was broken, they were there within three minutes and fixed it. Every time I called for towels, extra coffee someone came immediately. The grounds are impeccable. Loved the koi pond and waterfall! We’ll be back.

Nice landscaping around the pool for a short, peaceful walk. Shooters Bar and Grill (inside Sheraton registration room) served a delicious spaghetti dinner. Ashton makes a very good Irish coffee. I had trouble streaming a movie both nights, but it finally worked. They sent help right away and comped my movies. Thanks! I like the 12:00 check out time too.

In addition, after one week stay the A/C broke down. They tried to fix it but we needed to stay 48 in the hot room. I cannot remember this bad hotel experience. We were able to leave our car at the entrance while we checked in. Our room was ready even though we arrived early. The receptionist made sure we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable and the view exceptional. The shuttle to the airport was also much appreciated as my husband had a plane to catch the next day. The pool was big and very inviting.I will definitely stay here again. A big thanks to the Sheraton team!!

The air conditioner is also very loud and made the sleep even more broken. The stay was so bad that I didn’t want to stay the second night. Sheraton would NOT refund me cause I couldn’t check out at the “normal” time! I was IN THE HOSPITAL HAVING SURGERY! I could NOT check out!!!!

Very nicely appointed room. Workout room needs some thought. Cramped, no towels and water dispenser out of order but definitely usable equipment and space if you’re intent upon working out. Big disappointment that no complimentary coffee was offered in the lobby in the morning. Sheraton needs to rethink that bit. All in all a great stay and will consider their other 4 Points properties in the future.
